The present disclosure provides a medical catheter, a surgical instrument, and a medical catheter manufacturing method, which relates to the technical field of medical device. The medical catheter provided by the present disclosure adopts a structure in which a support tube is installed inside an outer tube body and the support tube extends along the inner wall of the outer tube body. This structure not only allows the medical catheter to bend and easily pass through curved channels, but also maintains good structural strength and support when the outer tube body has a small diameter and thin wall. It is particularly suitable for surgical instruments that need to be inserted through narrow channels.

The application discloses a puncture device and a puncture method thereof. In the puncture device, a position limiting member is provided on the second member, and the position limiting member is used to limit the position of the first member, so that the first member can drive the second member to move toward the third member. The catheter is connected to the second member, so that the catheter can move together with the second member. The puncture needle is connected to the first member, so that the puncture needle can be driven to move when the first member moves, and the puncture needle can drive the catheter through the tissue together during puncturing. After that, the puncture needle can be withdrawn, and the catheter can be left in the tissue for subsequent surgical treatment, thereby reducing damage to the tissue during the operation.

A medical device for causing the hemostasis of a blood vessel for use through an endoscope comprises: a handle; a sheath device, which is attached to the handle; a clamp device including a clamp housing provided on the distal end of the sheath device and at least two, in particular exactly two clamp arms; a control wire extending through the sheath device and reversibly movable in the distal and proximal direction; an actuator coupled to the proximal end of the control wire and actuable to reversibly move the control wire in the distal and proximal direction; wherein the clamp arms are each coupled to the distal end of the control wire.

An imaging catheter, a tip, a tube body and a medical device, relating to the field of medical instruments, where the imaging catheter includes a tube body and a tip, the tube body includes a first shuttling wall and a second shuttling wall, a first lumen is formed between the first shuttling wall and the second shuttling wall, the tip includes a first mounting wall and a second mounting wall, and a second lumen is formed between the first mounting wall and the second mounting wall. An imaging catheter and an imaging device relate to a technical field of medical devices. The imaging catheter includes a metal wire tube, a tip and a retaining ring. A metal wire exposed at one end of the metal wire tube forms a conductive end, which is electrically connected with the tip so as to allow the metal wire to be used as a conductive medium to lead static electricity out of the tip, thereby reducing effects of static electricity on a photographing assembly at the tip, and the harm of static electricity to human body. The retaining ring covers the conductive end and is connected with the tip, so as to make the metal wire tube fixedly connected with the tip.

A sealing device for endoscope intubation and an endoscope are provided in the present disclosure, which includes: a main body part, wherein the main body part has an axis, and is used for connecting to the catheter, at least a portion of the main body part is configured to be capable of being inserted into the tracheal intubation, and there is a gap between the main body part and the inner tube wall of the tracheal intubation; a sealing part, which is annularly arranged on the main body part, wherein the sealing part is configured to seal the gap; and a friction part, which is arranged on the main body part, wherein at least portion of the friction part is configured to abut against the inner wall of the tracheal intubation.

A fistula blocking stent, a stent delivering system, and a method of delivering a fistula blocking stent are provided. The fistula blocking stent is configured to seal a fistula formed between a first lumen and a second lumen, which includes a first fixing stent in a shape of a hollow tube, the first fixing stent having a proximal end, a distal end, and a first tube extending axially between the proximal end and the distal end, the first fixing stent being provided in the first lumen; a second fixing stent provided in the fistula and the second lumen, the second fixing stent having a first end and a second end opposite to the first end, the first end being connected to the first fixing stent; and a barrier film provided on at least one of the first fixing stent and the second fixing stent and configured to seal the fistula.

A medical device for tissue hemostasis or closure that is used by means of an endoscope, the medical device comprising: a handle ( 1 ); a sheath apparatus ( 2 ) attached to the handle ( 1 ); a clamping apparatus ( 3 ) comprising a clamping base ( 6 ) and at least or exactly two clamping arms ( 7 a, 7 b ), the clamping base ( 6 ) specifically being a sleeve and being disposed on a distal end of the sheath apparatus ( 2 ); a control wire ( 4 ) that extends to pass through the sheath apparatus ( 2 ) and that can move reversibly in a distal direction and a proximal direction; and an actuator ( 5 ), the actuator ( 5 ) being coupled to a proximal end of the control wire ( 4 ) and being capable of actuating such that the control wire ( 4 ) moves reversibly in the distal direction and the proximal direction.
