Method of and system for defending home building projects from wildfire during and after construction on property located within a wildfire urban interface (WUI) region

Filed:2024-01-23Pub:2026-05-05
Applicant:Mighty Fire Breaker LLC

A wildfire defense system trailer and method of installing an automated sprinkler-based wildfire defense system on a home construction site before the starting of the construction phase of a home building project in a wildfire urban interface (WUI) region. The first commissioned automated sprinkler-based wildfire defense system will continue in operation all during the home building construction phase, and will only be decommissioned from operation, and removed from the premises (including the job-site wildfire defense system trailer being removed from the property) when construction of the wood home building project is totally completed, and the wood home building is ready for occupation. At the same time when the first system is decommissioned, a second permanently-installed automated sprinkler-based wildfire defense system will be completely installed within the new home construction, independent from the first system, and ready for commissioning to provide a new proactive measure of defense against a wildfire storm occurring after home building construction has been completed, thereby protecting all wood and combustible surfaces on the home and surrounding property, and preventing fire ignition and flame spread until the wildfire storm passes through the WUI region. By virtue of the present invention, it is now possible to significantly reduce the risk of wood home building construction projects occurring within a wildfire urban interface (WUI) region, and better support the underwriting of home construction and ownership insurance policies within such regions.

ENVIRONMENTALLY-CLEAN WATER-BASED FIRE INHIBITING BIOCHEMICAL COMPOSITIONS, SOLUTIONS, POWDERS AND METHODS OF AND APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING FIRE PROTECTED WOOD AND ENGINEERED WOOD PRODUCTS

Filed:2025-03-17Pub:2026-01-15
Applicant:Mighty Fire Breaker LLC

Environmentally-clean fire-inhibiting chemical compositions are used to biochemically treat wood furnish material and polymer resin binder material during composite wood product manufacture so that alkali metal (i.e. potassium) ions and/or micro-particles associated with the fire inhibiting biochemical treatment compositions are freely available throughout the entire composite wood product so as to inhibit fire ignition, flame spread, smoke development, as well as optionally, inhibit mold, mildew, microbial life and/or moisture. By embodying the environmentally-clean fire inhibiting biochemical compositions of the present invention into the lignocellulosic-based wood furnish material of a composite wood product, and preferably its polymeric resin binder material, during composite product manufacture, it is now possible to safely treat substantially the entire physical structure of the finished composite wood product and its structural components, with environmentally-clean fire inhibiting biochemical composition(s). By doing so, it is possible to provide the entire finished composite wood product with alkali metal ions and/or micro-particles thereof, that are freely available to inhibit fire ignition, flame spread and smoke development in accordance with ASTM Class-A fire-protected standards, as well as, optionally, inhibit metal corrosion, mold/mildew and moisture in a significantly new and improved manner.

System for proactively forming and maintaining environmentally-clean chemical fire protection zones over the property surfaces of a neighborhood of homes

Filed:2023-10-23Pub:2025-12-23
Applicant:Mighty Fire Breaker LLC

A system for forming and maintaining GPS tracked and mapped environmentally-clean chemical-based fire protection zones formed over property and ground surfaces in and about a neighborhood of homes, that proactively inhibit fire ignition and flame spread when exposed to wild fire. The system includes a GPS-tracking anti-fire (AF) liquid spraying system wirelessly connected to a wireless communication network supporting a network database. The GPS-tracked anti-fire liquid spraying system is used to spray particular GPS-specified ground surfaces in and about the neighborhood, with an environmentally-clean anti-fire chemical liquid so to form environmentally-clean chemical fire protection zones over the GPS-specified property surfaces, while generating GPS-coordinate and time/date stamped data records pertaining to the application of the environmentally-clean anti-fire chemical liquid spray during the formation of the environmentally-clean chemical fire protection zones. The GPS-coordinate and time/date stamped data records are transmitted over the wireless communication network for storage in the network database. A mobile computing system is used to access the GPS-coordinate and time/date stamped data records from the network database, relating to the formation of the GPS-specified environmentally-clean chemical fire protection zones, so as to verify that the GPS-specified environmentally-clean chemical fire protection zones were formed at the GPS-specified property surfaces on the particular date, to proactively inhibit fire ignition and flame spread when exposed to wild fire.
