Disclosed is a neutron capture therapy apparatus. The neutron capture therapy apparatus is used for irradiating a neutron beam with a preset neutron dose to an object to be irradiated. The neutron beam enters the object and undergoes a nuclear reaction with boron in the object. The neutron capture therapy apparatus includes a correction system for correcting the preset neutron dose.

A boron neutron capture therapy (BNCT) system includes a neutron beam irradiation device, a treatment planning module, and a control module. The neutron beam irradiation device is used to generate a therapeutic neutron beam during irradiation therapy and irradiate same to an irradiated body that has ingested a boron ( 10 B)-containing drug so as to form an irradiated site. According to medical image data of the irradiated site and a parameter of the therapeutic neutron beam generated by the neutron beam irradiation device, the treatment planning module performs a dosage simulation calculation and generates a treatment plan, the medical image data of the irradiated site comprising tissue-related information and boron ( 10 B) concentration-related information. The control module retrieves, from the treatment planning module, a treatment plan corresponding to the irradiated body, and controls the neutron beam irradiation device to perform irradiation therapy on the irradiated body according to the treatment plan.

A neutron capture therapy device and a corresponding correction method for a neutron capture therapy device. The neutron capture therapy device comprises a neutron dose measurement apparatus ( 21 ) and a correction system ( 3 ) for correcting the neutron dose measurement apparatus ( 21 ), wherein the neutron dose measurement apparatus ( 21 ) comprises a detector ( 211 ) used to receive neutrons and output electrical signals, a signal processing unit ( 212 ) used to process the electrical signals output from the detector ( 211 ) and convert the electrical signals into pulse signals, and a counter ( 213 ) used to count the pulse signals output from the signal processing unit ( 212 ) to obtain a count rate.

One aspect of the present invention relates to a medicament supply apparatus applied to a neutron capture therapy system, including a medicament passing member, configured to supply a medicament to a to-be-irradiated body; and a containing mechanism, configured to contain the medicament passing member, the containing mechanism including a first container arranged on a partition wall. Another aspect of the present invention relates to a neutron capture therapy system including the above medicament supply apparatus. By designing the containing mechanism, the medicament passing member outside a shielding door can bypass the shielding door and directly enter an irradiation room. In a process of moving the to-be-irradiated body from a medicament control room to the irradiation room, medicament supplying does not need to be stopped, thereby achieving a purpose of continuously supplying the medicament to the to-be-irradiated body.

The present application relates to a control method and apparatus for a dose calculation system, and a dose calculation system. The method includes: building a dose calculation geometric model; determining a CPU and GPU joint dose calculation mode from a computing speed of a CPU and a computing speed of a GPU; and performing, by the CPU and the GPU, particle simulation according to the CPU and GPU joint dose calculation mode and the dose calculation geometric model to obtain a dose calculation result. By using this method, computing resources of the dose calculation system can be fully used, thereby maximizing the improvement of a dose calculation speed.

A neutron capture therapy system, including a vacuum tube for transmitting a charged particle beam, a neutron generating part for generating a neutron beam, and a beam shaping assembly for shaping the neutron beam. The beam shaping assembly is provided with an accommodating part. The neutron generating part is disposed at an end of the vacuum tube. The vacuum tube has a first position and a second position. The neutron capture therapy system further includes a removal device, which includes a moving part that drives the vacuum tube to move. The moving part has a third position and a fourth position. When the moving part is in the third position, the vacuum tube is in the first position. When the moving part is in the fourth position, the vacuum tube is in the second position, and the neutron generating part is located at the outer side of the beam shaping assembly.

A radiation therapy system, especially, a neutron capture therapy system, and a positioning method thereof are provided. The positioning method includes: determining a target position of a to-be-irradiated body based on a treatment plan; moving the to-be-irradiated body to a positioning position according to the target position; obtaining second image data of the to-be-irradiated body and a reference object; determining first position information based on the treatment plan, and determining second position information based on the second image data; calculating a deviation value between the positioning position and the target position based on the first position information and the second position information; and adjusting a position of the to-be-irradiated body based on the deviation value.

An optimization method for Monte Carlo calculation, comprises: simulating a particle transport process using a transport calculation method; statistically determining expected dose values of particles using a dose counting method; and calculating an average expected dose value of a voxel grid on the basis of the expected dose value of each of the particles.

Provided is a boron neutron capture treatment system. The boron neutron capture treatment system includes an image acquiring module for acquiring a medical image of an irradiated body, a detecting module for detecting the actual concentration of blood boron in the irradiated body, a treatment planning module for generating a preset treatment plan on the basis of medical image data, a processing module for acquiring a functional relationship between the concentration of blood boron and a dose rate on the basis of the preset treatment plan and a plurality of groups of preset concentrations of blood boron, and a correction module. The correction module obtains a corrected irradiation time on the basis of the functional relationship and the actual concentration of blood boron, such that a boron-containing medicament can be prevented from being injected into a patient before treatment, thereby saving the treatment cost and simplifying the treatment process.

A boron neutron capture treatment system, including: a neutron beam irradiation device for generating a neutron beam and irradiating an irradiated body; a treatment planning module for assigning a boron concentration value to each voxel unit in a three-dimensional voxel prosthesis tissue model and generating a treatment plan; and a control module for controlling the neutron beam irradiation device to execute irradiation according to the treatment plan. The treatment planning module assigns corresponding boron concentration data to each voxel unit, and then performs dose simulation in combination with medical image data to formulate the treatment plan.
