A blow molding unit ( 130 ) includes a neck mold ( 131 ), a blow core ( 132 ), a rotation mechanism ( 134 ), and a blow mold. The neck mold ( 131 ) holds the neck portion ( 21 ) forming an opening of a preform ( 20 ) from an outer circumference. The blow core ( 132 ) is configured to introduce blow air into the preform ( 20 ). The rotation mechanism ( 134 ) bends the preform ( 20 ) at a predetermined angle while gripping a bottom portion of the preform ( 20 ) in a state where the blow core 132 ( 132 ) is inserted in the opening of the preform ( 20 ). The blow mold defines a blow cavity to accommodate the bent preform ( 20 ). A lower end portion ( 132 a ) of the blow core ( 132 ) is configured to be disposed below a bottom surface ( 131 a ) of the neck mold ( 131 ) in a state where the blow core ( 132 ) is inserted in the preform ( 20 ).

A blow molding apparatus includes: a temperature adjusting unit configured to supply a preform with cooling air to perform a temperature adjustment of the preform, the preform having been injection-molded, having a bottomed shape and made of a resin; a blow molding unit configured to blow-mold the preform that has been subjected to a temperature adjustment with blow air, and configured to manufacture a container made of a resin; an air tank configured to supply the temperature adjusting unit with the cooling air; and a recovery unit configured to recover the blow air exhausted from the blow molding unit into the air tank.

A manufacturing method of a resin container having a light-transmitting region and a non-light-transmitting region extending in an axial direction includes: a first injection molding step of injection-molding a first layer of a preform having a convex portion extending in the axial direction using a first resin material having a light-transmitting property; a second injection molding step of injecting a colored second resin material on a surface side on which the convex portion of the first layer is formed and laminating a colored second layer in a region excluding the convex portion of the first layer while exposing the convex portion in the axial direction; and a blow molding step of blow-molding the preform in a state of having residual heat from injection molding.

A rotary conveyance device includes: a conveyance body that rotationally conveys a workpiece between a plurality of stations by moving in a rotation direction; a positioning unit that engages with the conveyance body at a stop position corresponding to the station and restrains the conveyance body in a horizontal direction; a motor that drives the conveyance body in the rotation direction; a drive mechanism that transmits power of the motor to the conveyance body; and a control unit that controls the positioning unit and the motor. The control unit detects a first stop position of the conveyance body stopped by the control of the motor and a second stop position of the conveyance body after the positioning unit engages with the conveyance body, and corrects a next movement amount of the conveyance body based on a difference between the second stop position and the first stop position.

A mold unit to be used for a temperature adjustment step of a preform, the mold unit including a cavity mold configured to accommodate therein a bottomed preform made of resin, and an air introduction member configured to be in airtight contact with the preform and to supply air into the preform. The air introduction member has a blowing port through which the air is to be supplied to an inside of the preform and a discharge port through which the air is to be discharged to an outside of the preform.

A manufacturing method of a resin container includes: a first injection molding process for injection-molding a first layer of a preform having a bottomed cylindrical shape by using a first resin material; a second injection molding process for injecting a second resin material having a color that is different from a color of the first resin material, and laminating a second layer on an outer peripheral side or an inner peripheral side of the first layer; and a blow-molding process for blow-molding a preform that includes multiple layers and has been obtained in the second injection molding process in a state where residual heat at a time of injection molding is contained, and manufacturing the resin container having a color pattern that corresponds to a thickness distribution of the first layer and the second layer.

A mold for injection molding, the mold including two or more cavity rows, each cavity row having a plurality of cavities, and a cooling flow path, the cooling flow path including: at least one supply port, a distribution conduit, a supply conduit, a cavity cooling portion, a discharge conduit, a collecting conduit, and at least one discharge port. The supply conduit and the discharge conduit are parallel to the cavity rows, and at least one supply conduit and at least one discharge conduit are provided for each cavity row. The distribution conduit and the collecting conduit have larger diameters than the supply conduit and discharge conduit. The distribution conduit and the collecting conduit are arranged below the supply conduit and the discharge conduit such that the distribution conduit and the collecting conduit are provided at different heights from the supply conduit and the discharge conduit.

A method for manufacturing a resin container includes: injection molding a preform made of a resin and having a body portion and a bottom portion; adjusting a temperature of the preform manufactured in the injection molding; and a blow molding step of blow-molding the preform having the adjusted temperature to manufacture a resin container. In the injection molding, the preform is injection-molded using an injection mold in which a thickness of the bottom portion is 0.7 to 0.85 relative to a thickness of the body portion. Further, in the adjusting the temperature, a coolant is introduced into the preform to cool the bottom portion of the preform.

The present application includes an injection molding step and a stretch blow molding step. The stretch blow molding step is configured to include: a first step in which preliminary blow air is introduced into a preform to stretch the preform in a state in which a stretching rod does not contact the bottom of the preform; a second step which is executed after the first step, and in which the preliminary blow air is introduced into the preform and the stretching rod is moved at a set speed and pressed against the bottom of the preform to stretch the preform; and a third step which is executed after the second step, and in which final blow air is introduced into the preform to stretch the preform.

A hot runner mold includes a hot runner mold body portion that is fixed to a fixing plate and supplies a molten resin received from a resin inlet to an injection mold, a nozzle receiving portion that is disposed to be inclined with respect to a position orthogonal to the resin inlet of the hot runner mold body portion and is coaxially connected to a nozzle of an injection device that supplies the molten resin, a relay portion that has a resin flow path having a bent portion therein and guides the molten resin from the nozzle receiving portion to the resin inlet, and a regulating portion that is fixed to the fixing plate and regulates movement of the nozzle receiving portion or the relay portion with respect to the hot runner mold body portion.
