A wireless device receives by a control command indicating two transmission configuration indicator (TCI) states. The wireless device receives a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) order triggering a random-access procedure, wherein the PDCCH order comprises a field. A first value of the field indicates to use a first TCI state, of the two TCI states, for pathloss of a physical random access channel (PRACH) transmission of the random-access procedure. A second value of the field indicates to use a second TCI state, of the two TCI states, for pathloss of the PRACH transmission of the random access procedure. The wireless device transmits, for the random access procedure, the PRACH transmission using a transmission power determined based on the pathloss.

A coder (e.g., an encoder or decoder) determines an inverse angle of an intra prediction mode angle based on: the intra prediction mode angle, and an indication of a precision of the intra prediction mode angle. The indication indicates the precision of the intra prediction mode angle from at least two different precisions. The coder determines a fractional projected displacement by dividing a product, of the inverse angle and a position of a supplementary sample, by a value used for each of the at least two different precisions. The coder calculates the supplementary sample based on an integer part of the fractional projected displacement.

A station (STA) receives, from an access point (AP), a first frame indicating a first time period of a transmission opportunity (TXOP); and a triggered TXOP sharing (TXS) mode. The STA transmits, to the AP or to a peer STA, based on the TXS mode, a second frame during the first time period. The wireless device transmits, to the second wireless device and based on the channel being idle, the sidelink transmission via the resource.

A wireless device receives, from a base station, a signal comprising a medium access control control element (MAC CE) or a downlink control information (DCI), the signal indicating a type of cell switch to a target cell, wherein the type of cell switch comprises a first type of cell switch associated with random access channel (RACH)-less cell switching or a second type of cell switch associated with for RACH-based cell switching. The wireless device performs, based on an execution condition being fulfilled, the type of cell switch indicated by the signal.

A method can include receiving, by a wireless device, an indication of a timing advance (TA) reporting by the wireless device being enabled. The method can also include cancelling, while a data transmission procedure of the wireless device in a radio resource control (RRC) inactive state is on-going, the TA reporting in response to an uplink grant being able to accommodate pending data available for the data transmission but not sufficient to additionally accommodate a medium access control (MAC) control element (CE) for the TA reporting and a subheader of the MAC CE.

A wireless device transmits, via an uplink (UL) resource, a second buffer status report (BSR) medium access control (MAC) control element (CE) indicating a buffer size value of a first logical channel group (LCG), using a second buffer size table of a plurality of buffer size tables. The wireless device transmits the second BSR MAC CE based on: a quantity of padding bits, of the UL resource, being smaller than a first size associated with a first BSR MAC CE, and the quantity of padding bits being equal to or larger than a second size associated with the second BSR MAC CE. The first BSR MAC CE comprises one or more fields, and each field, of the one or more fields, indicates which buffer size table, of the plurality of buffer size tables, is used to set a buffer size field for a respective LCG.

A video encoder determines, based on a block vector, a reference block in a same picture as a current block for predicting the current block. The encoder applies an affine transform with affine transform parameters to samples of the reference block to generate an affine transformed reference block.
