The present disclosure provides a tumor motion model determination method and an electronic device. The method includes acquiring a scanning image of a target object during a positioning stage, and a respiratory signal of the target object; and determining a tumor motion model based on a planning image of the target object, a position of a tumor of the target object in the scanning image, and the respiratory signal. Herein, the tumor motion model is used to characterize an orientation change situation of the tumor of the target object during a respiratory process of the target object.

The present disclosure provides a tumor positioning method, a device, and a storage medium. The method includes acquiring a target projection image and a reference image of a target object including a tumor at a target angle; determining a tumor positioning manner corresponding to the target angle according to a type of the target angle; and performing matching processing on the target projection image and the reference image based on the tumor positioning manner corresponding to the target angle, to obtain a position of the tumor in the target projection image.

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method and an apparatus of locating a tumor. The method includes: obtaining a position of a positioning mark before the patient's head moves, a position of a positioning mark after the patient's head moves, and a position of the tumor before the patient's head moves, wherein the positioning mark is disposed at a preset position of the body surface of the patient's head; determining a position of the tumor after the patient's head moves according to the position of the positioning mark before the patient's head moves, the position of the positioning mark after the patient's head moves, and the position of the tumor before the patient's head moves.

The present disclosure provides a tumor position determination method and an electronic device. The method includes acquiring a projection image of a target object at a target angle, determining a target phase image whose image feature is the most similar to an image feature of the projection image from phase images of the target object, and determining a target initial position of the tumor of the target object corresponding to the target phase image, finally performing registration on the target phase image and the projection image based on the target initial position to obtain a position of the tumor of the target object. Herein, the projection image is a projection image obtained by imaging the tumor of the target object. The phase images include two-dimensional images of the target object at a plurality of respiratory phases at the target angle.

The present disclosure provides an imaging method and an imaging system, including a multi-focal tube and a detector arranged opposite to the multi-focal tube. The method includes grouping focal light sources in the multi-focal tube to obtain a plurality of focal light source groups and controlling the multi-focal tube to sequentially expose the plurality of focal light source groups, each of which includes at least one focal light source; acquiring sequentially, from the detector, a projection image of a target soft tissue exposed by each focal light source group, where the projection image includes a sub-projection image of the target soft tissue irradiated by each focal light source in the focal light source group corresponding to the projection image; and reconstructing a plurality of sub-projection images in the projection image corresponding to each focal light source group to obtain a three-dimensional image of the target soft tissue.

The present disclosure provides a tumor positioning method, an electronic device, and a storage medium. The method includes acquiring a plan image and a real-time image of a reference object that are associated with a motion trajectory of a to-be-positioned tumor; determining boundary mask information of the reference object according to the plan image; determining deformation information of the reference object according to the plan image and the real-time image; determining a motion trajectory of the reference object according to the boundary mask information and the deformation information; and positioning and tracking the to-be-positioned tumor according to the motion trajectory of the reference object.

A method for generating contour data is provided. The method for generating contour data includes acquiring an image-guided contour of a target object, the image-guided contour including a target to be monitored; setting a contour type of the image-guided contour to be an image-guided type, which is customized in a contour type in contour data, wherein the image-guided contour of the image-guided type is intended to monitor motion of the target to be monitored of the target object; and saving contour data corresponding to the image-guided contour of the image-guided type in contour data of the target object.

Provided is an imaging system. The imaging system of the present disclosure is configured to image a target object, and includes: a radiation source, configured to emit a beam to the target object; a detector, arranged opposite to the radiation source; and a diagnosis and treatment couch, disposed between the radiation source and the detector, fixed relative to the detector, and configured to bear and drive the target object to move. During movement of the diagnosis and treatment couch, the beam emitted by the radiation source always partially or entirely overlaps with a target volume of the target object, and the beam passing through the target volume of the target object is receivable by the detector.

The present disclosure provides a radiotherapy system, including a treatment couch, a gantry, a treatment head coupled to the gantry, and a control mechanism. The control mechanism is configured to control the gantry to rotate, and synchronously control the treatment couch to move along an axial direction of the gantry; and the treatment head includes a multi-leaf collimator, the multi-leaf collimator being configured so that leaves are capable of stopping at any position along a movement path to form radiation fields of various shapes.

Disclosed is a method for interactive contouring of a medical image, The method includes: running a contour service process to receive patient information to be contoured, perform contouring based on the patient information to be contoured, and save a contouring result; and running an access service process to acquire, in response to an access request for a contouring result of a first target patient, the contouring result of the first target patient from the saved contouring result, and send the acquired contouring result to a user terminal.
