A wireless device may transmit a wake up request indicating a request to exit an energy saving state for one or more cells. At least one uplink transmission or at least one downlink transmission is not performed during an energy saving state.

A wireless device may receive configuration parameters of a second cell. For acquisition of a timing advance, the wireless device may transmit a random access preamble prior to receiving a cell switch command. The wireless device may receive the cell switch command indicating switching from a first cell to the second cell. The wireless device may perform an uplink transmission via the second cell based on the timing advance.

A wireless device may receive a configuration parameter indicating that a survival time state is configured for a first radio bearer. The wireless device may determine to enter a survival time state for the first radio bearer in response to receiving a retransmission grant for a transport block comprising data of a logical channel associated with the first radio bearer. In response to receiving control information, the wireless device may determine to exit from the survival time state for the first radio bearer and remain in the survival time state for a second radio bearer. The wireless device may transmit an acknowledgement of the exit from the survival state for the first radio bearer.

A wireless device may receive message(s) comprising configuration parameters of multiple cells. The wireless device may receive a first DCI indicating scheduling information. The wireless device may determine, based at least on one of the first DCI and a second downlink control parameter, whether the first DCI is for scheduling TB(s) via a single cell, in the multiple cells, or for scheduling TBs via the multiple cells. The wireless device may transmit or may receive the TBs via the multiple cells based on the scheduling information and in response to the determining indicating that the first DCI is for scheduling the TBs via the multiple cells.

An NCR may receive, from a base station, a SIB message comprising an IE indicating that a cell supports an NCR. An NCR may be an RF repeater for amplifying and forwarding of signals between a wireless device and a base station based on side control information received by the NCR from the base station. The NCR may select the cell based on the SIB message comprising the IE indicating that the cell supports an NCR.

A wireless device may receive a configuration parameter indicating that a survival time state is configured for a first radio bearer. The wireless device may further receive a time pattern configuration parameter indicating first timings that the first cell is a PUCCH cell in a PUCCH group and second timings that a second cell is the PUCCH cell in the PUCCH group. The wireless device may transmit a first CSI report, scheduled for transmission in a first report timing via the first cell, based on the first report timing being within the first timings. The wireless device may drop a second CSI report, scheduled for transmission in a second report timing via the first cell, based on the second report timing being within the second timings.

A wireless device may receive configuration parameters indicating positions of a first TPC command and a second TPC command that are applicable, respectively, to a first cell of a PUCCH group and a second cell of the PUCCH group. The wireless device may transmit uplink control information via a PUCCH with a transmission power that is based on the first TPC command in case the first cell is a cell for PUCCH transmission in a transmission timing and is based on the second TPC command in case the second cell is the cell for PUCCH transmission in the transmission timing.

A wireless device may transmit, to a base station in response to initiating a random access process, a transport block comprising an RRC setup request message. The RRC setup request message may be associated with an identity. The identity may indicate that the wireless device is a reduced capability wireless device.

A base station may transmit CSI report configuration parameters for CSI reports via a first cell. The base station may further transmit a time pattern configuration parameter indicating first timings that the first cell is a PUCCH cell and second timings that a second cell is the PUCCH cell. The base station may receive a CSI report, scheduled for transmission in a report timing via the first cell, based on the report timing being within the first timings and based on the report timing not being within the second timings.
