A wireless device receives configuration parameters of a primary cell and a secondary cell. The secondary cell may be a scheduling cell for the primary cell. The secondary cell may be deactivated. The wireless device may monitor one or more first search spaces of the primary cell for receiving downlink control information associated with scheduling of the primary cell. The wireless device may receive a command indicating activation of the secondary cell. The secondary cell may be activated in response to receiving the command. The wireless device may monitor one or more second search spaces of the secondary cell for receiving downlink control information associated with scheduling of the primary cell.

A wireless device receives configuration parameters comprising first random access parameters, associated with beam failure recovery, and second random access parameters. The wireless device may initiate, in response to detecting a beam failure on a primary cell and based on the first random access parameters, a first random access process on a first BWP of the primary cell. The wireless device may stop the first random access process in response to triggering consistent LBT failure for the primary cell. The wireless device may switch from the first BWP to a second BWP of the primary cell as an active BWP. The wireless device may initiate a second random access process on the second BWP for consistent LBT failure recovery and based on the second random access parameters.

A wireless device receives uplink cancellation indication configuration parameters comprising a first parameter and a second parameter. The first parameter may indicate a first starting position in a first number of bit. The second parameter may indicate a second starting position in a second number of bit. The first number of bit and the second number of bit may be based on a DCI payload size. The wireless device may receive a DCI comprising cancellation indications. The wireless device may determine a first cancellation indication in the cancellation indications. The determination may be based on the first starting position when a scheduled uplink transmission is for a normal uplink carrier and may be based on the second starting position when the scheduled uplink transmission is for a supplementary uplink carrier. The wireless device may cancel the scheduled uplink transmission based on the first cancellation indication.

A wireless device may receive first configuration parameters, of a logical channel, and second configuration parameters for uplink LBT failure recovery. The second configuration parameters may comprise a parameter indicating a first number. The wireless device may receive an uplink grant for transmission of a TB via a cell. The wireless device may multiplex the logical channel in the TB based on an LBT counter, associated with the cell, not reaching the first number. The wireless device may transmit the TB based on the uplink grant.

A wireless device receives first configuration parameters of a SR configuration associated with recovery from an LBT event comprising a plurality of LBT failures. The wireless device may trigger the LBT event for first cell(s). In response to no uplink resources, on second cell(s) for which the LBT event is not triggered, being available for transmission of an LBT failure control element, the wireless device may transmit a SR via a SR resource based on the first configuration parameters. At least one of the SR resource and the SR configuration may indicate a serving cell. The wireless device may transmit the LBT failure control element based on an uplink grant for the serving cell.

A wireless device may receive a first configuration parameter indicating a CI-RNTI, for cancellation indication, and DRX configuration parameters. The wireless device may monitor a control channel for the CI-RNTI in a time window that is based on a timing of a scheduled uplink transmission and regardless of a DRX procedure, performed by the wireless device based on the DRX configuration parameters, indicating a DRX Active Time or not. The wireless device may receive a cancellation indication DCI, associated with the CI-RNTI, comprising an uplink cancellation indication. The wireless device may cancel the scheduled uplink transmission based on the uplink cancellation indication.

A wireless device receives configuration parameters comprising first random access parameters, associated with beam failure recovery, and second random access parameters. The wireless device may initiate, in response to detecting a beam failure on a primary cell and based on the first random access parameters, a first random access process on a first BWP of the primary cell. The wireless device may stop the first random access process in response to triggering consistent LBT failure for the primary cell. The wireless device may switch from the first BWP to a second BWP of the primary cell as an active BWP. The wireless device may initiate a second random access process on the second BWP for consistent LBT failure recovery and based on the second random access parameters.

A wireless device receives a first configuration parameter used in determination of a first sequence of bit(s). The wireless device may receive a DCI comprising a hybrid automatic repeat request process number field comprising first bit(s). The wireless device may validate the DCI. The validation of the DCI may be based on comparing the first bit(s) with the first sequence in response to the first bit(s) not indicating a configuration index. The validation of the DCI may not be based on the first bit(s) in response to the first bit(s) indicating a configuration index. The wireless device may activate or deactivate resources.

A wireless device may receive first configuration parameters, second configuration parameters and a third configuration parameter. The first configuration parameters are for a first SPS configuration and comprise a first configuration index and a first HARQ codebook identifier. The second configuration parameters are for a second SPS configuration and comprise a second configuration index and a second HARQ codebook identifier. The third configuration parameter indicates a deactivation state associated with the first configuration index and the second configuration index. A DCI is received that comprises a HARQ process number field. A value of bit(s) of the HARQ process number field indicates the deactivation state. The first HARQ codebook identifier may be the same as the second HARQ codebook identifier. An acknowledgement is transmitted indicating reception of the DCI.

A wireless device receives uplink cancellation indication configuration parameters comprising: a cancellation indication RNTI; and a sequence of serving cell-specific parameters comprising: an identifier of a serving cell; a first parameter indicating a first position in a DCI for the serving cell; and a second parameter indicating a second position in a DCI for a SUL carrier of the serving cell. A first DCI, associated with the cancellation indication RNTI, comprising cancellation indications is received. A determination is made of a first cancellation indication, in the cancellation indications, based on: the first position when a scheduled uplink transmission is for a normal uplink carrier of the serving cell; and the second position when the scheduled uplink transmission is for the SUL carrier of the serving cell. The scheduled uplink transmission is canceled based on the first cancellation indication.
