The present invention relates to a system for light-based signal exchange between a plurality of formwork panels (P). The formwork panels (P) are equipped with a light hub (LH) which serve to transmit light pulses in a light channel inside the formwork panel (P) to the directly adjacent panels. Respective acknowledgment signals are received in order to discover the existence of the other light hubs (LH) being present in the constructional setting. All the signals are aggregated in one master light hub (mLH) which is in data exchange to a main unit (MU), which may serve as gateway to a secondary computer system (2C). The data transmission is executed according to a predefined protocol.

The invention relates to a frame formwork element ( 100 ) for a frame formwork system ( 300 ) for producing a wall section in concrete construction, comprising: a plurality of, in particular four, edge profiles ( 101 ) which form a frame ( 102 ) having a frame inner side ( 103 ) and a frame outer side ( 104 ), wherein at least one edge profile ( 101 ) is a hollow profile and in the cross-section has a profile section on the frame inner side with a groove-forming fastening corrugation ( 107 ) and a profile section on the frame outer side with a groove-forming reinforcing corrugation ( 105 ), wherein in the cross-section of the edge profile ( 101 ) the fastening corrugation ( 107 ) and the reinforcing corrugation ( 105 ) lie opposite one another and have the same shape. The invention further relates to a frame formwork system ( 300 ) having such a frame formwork element ( 100 ) and a batten ( 200 ). Moreover, use of a batten ( 200 ) in a framed formwork system ( 300 ) is proposed.

A filler beam assembly of a formwork structure is disclosed. The filler beam assembly includes a beam having a first end and a second end distal to the first end. The first end and the second end are adapted to be in contact with top plates of respective drop head assemblies. The beam includes a top surface having a drophead interface edge at the first end and a drophead interface edge at the second end. The filler beam assembly includes a first lip formed on one side of the beam and adapted to accommodate one of a timber runner and a PU insert for being nailed with a plywood positioned adjacent to the top surface of the beam, and an additional lip disposed below the first lip and adapted to be accommodate a head portion of a cross beam.

A transmitter for predicting stress on a formwork element during and/or after pouring a building material, in particular concrete, into a space enclosed by a formwork including the formwork element, the formwork element comprising a form face and a support structure which is attached to the form face and supporting the form face, wherein the form face is separated from or integrated into the support structure, the system comprising data acquisition means, at least one sensor unit, a control unit and a transmission unit.

A striking tool having a base element and a striking element configured to engage with a formwork panel. The striking tool has a plurality of struts, wherein the base element, the striking element, and the plurality of struts define a parallelogram configuration and an actuation mechanism configured to cause relative motion between the base element and the striking element.

A support head for attachment to a formwork support for creating the formwork for a floor using a large number of floor formwork elements which each have a form surface. The support head has two support portions suitable for supporting at least one pair of adjacent floor formwork elements of the large number of floor formwork elements. The support head has an adjustment device for moving a first support portion into an arrangement in which the floor formwork element which can be mounted on the first support portion can be mounted thereon on at least one subjacent mounting point which is at a lower mounting height than a formwork mounting height. The mounting point of the second support portion remains at the formwork mounting height.

The invention relates to a self-climbing system ( 1 ) for a concrete structural body ( 2 ), having a climbing rail ( 10 ) and having a climbing unit ( 12 ) which is axially movable along the climbing rail ( 10 ), wherein a control rod ( 24 ) is designed, in predetermined positions ( 18 a, 18 b ) of a linear drive ( 18 ), to apply a torque (D) to at least one of the actuating elements ( 20, 22 ). The invention also relates to a self-climbing method.

A formwork panel, comprising a frame on the front side of which a formwork shell can be fixed. The frame has a plurality of longitudinal struts and a plurality of transverse struts running plane-parallel to one another. The longitudinal struts and the transverse struts are arranged substantially perpendicular to one another. Between at least two transverse struts running adjacent to one another, there is arranged at least one bridging element having an arc-shaped design. The bridging element has two end regions, one of the end regions being fixed in each case to one of the adjacent transverse struts.

A method for displacing a ceiling formwork for a nearest concreting section, wherein first and second supporting devices for supporting the ceiling formwork are arranged below the nearest concreting section. Said supporting devices each have a shuttering position and a stripping position, wherein the ceiling formwork is raised to a concreting level in the shuttering position and lowered relative to the concreting level in the stripping position. The first supporting device is moved into the stripping position and the second supporting device is moved into the shuttering position, and a collision protection element is arranged between the second supporting device and an end face of the ceiling formwork when the end face of the ceiling formwork strikes the second supporting device after passing over the first supporting device, so the collision protection element forms a flank rising in the displacement direction for guiding the ceiling formwork in the displacement direction.
