A comprehensive utilization method for valuable elements in hydrometallurgical slag of laterite nickel ore, comprising the following steps: S1. placing an iron-aluminum slag produced by laterite nickel ore hydrometallurgy in a tube furnace, and introducing an HCl gas stream for a one-stage distillation at 185-290° C. to obtain a one-stage distillation tail gas and a one-stage distillation residue; and condensing the one-stage distillation tail gas to obtain anhydrous AlCl 3 ; S2. introducing an HCl gas stream to the one-stage distillation residue for a two-stage distillation at 320-500° C. to obtain a two-stage distillation tail gas and a two-stage distillation residue; and condensing the two-stage distillation tail gas to obtain anhydrous FeCl 3 ; S3. subjecting the two-stage distillation residue to a leaching treatment by using a leaching solution to obtain a leaching residue and a leaching solution; subjecting the leaching solution to a scandium precipitation treatment to obtain a scandium precipitate and a de-scandiumed liquid; S4. adjusting the pH value of the de-scandiumed liquid to obtain an MHP. The obtained aluminum, iron, and scandium products have high purity and high recovery.

A cathode material, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing a vanadium source, a complexing agent and a high-molecular polymer with an organic solvent to obtain a mixed solution; (2) respectively performing an atomization treatment on the mixed solution and a metal salt solution, and respectively conveying the mixed solution and the metal salt solution with a gas into a spray pyrolysis furnace to perform mixed pyrolysis, so as to obtain a coated precursor; and (3) mixing the coated precursor with a lithium source or a sodium source, and sintering same to obtain a cathode material. By using a spray pyrolysis method, the tap density and uniformity of the precursor are improved while the precursor is coated, such that a cathode material having good performance can be prepared.

A method for extracting metals from saprolite laterite nickel ore includes: separating and grinding the saprolite laterite nickel ore to obtain a laterite nickel ore powder; mixing the laterite nickel ore powder, water, an acid, and a reducing agent to perform atmospheric pressure acid leaching to obtain a leaching residue and a leaching solution; adding a soluble fluoride salt and sodium salt to the leaching solution to obtain a silicon-aluminum residue and a de-silicon-aluminumed liquid; adding a phosphorus source to the de-silicon-aluminumed liquid, and performing solid-liquid separation to obtain an iron phosphate and a de-ironed liquid; subjecting the de-ironed liquid to a one-step cyclone electrolysis to obtain a zinc-chromium alloy and a one-step cyclone electrolyzed liquid; subjecting the one-step cyclone electrolyzed liquid to a two-step cyclone electrolysis to obtain a nickel-cobalt alloy, a manganese oxide, and a two-step cyclone electrolyzed liquid; and adding sodium carbonate to the two-step cyclone electrolyzed liquid for a precipitation reaction to obtain magnesium carbonate and a de-magnesiumed liquid. The disclosure achieves the short-flow separation and extraction of different valuable metal elements such as zinc, chromium, nickel, cobalt, and manganese in the saprolite laterite nickel ore, which is an economic, efficient, green, and environment-friendly extraction process.

Disclosed is a combined treatment method for laterite nickel ore hydrometallurgical slag and phosphating slag, the combined treatment method includes uniformly mixing a laterite nickel ore hydrometallurgical slag, a phosphating slag, and a sodium alkaline salt to obtain a mixed material; subjecting the mixed material to sodium reduction roasting to obtain a roasted material; leaching the roasted material with water and filtering to obtain a water leaching solution and a water leaching slag; subjecting the water leaching slag to magnetic separation to obtain an iron concentrate. In the disclosure, by mixing a laterite nickel ore hydrometallurgical slag and a phosphating slag and then performing sodium reduction roasting, the iron exists in the form of Fe 3 O 4 and elements such as manganese and zinc exist in the slag in the form of oxides, and during the roasting process, aluminum oxides react with alkali to be converted into sodium aluminate.

Disclosed is a system and method for regulating aluminum precipitation during high-pressure acid leaching of laterite nickel ore, the system comprises an autoclave, a subsequent processing equipment, and a control device; the autoclave comprises a kettle body, a first feeding pipe, a second feeding pipe, and a discharge pipe, the subsequent processing equipment is connected to the discharge pipe and is used to process the reactants; the control device comprises a first valve, a second valve, a first pressure sensor, a second pressure sensor, an aluminum ion detection device, and a control unit. This disclosure can maintain the aluminum ion concentration in the leachate within an appropriate range, effectively reducing fluctuations in the production process, achieving stable production, and lowering production and maintenance costs.

A method for improving the particle size and morphology of a neutralizing agent used in the laterite nickel ore hydrometallurgy, in a process flow for producing nickel-cobalt-manganese hydroxide by the laterite nickel ore hydrometallurgy, a nickel-cobalt-manganese-containing feed liquid is subjected to one-stage iron-aluminum removal treatment and two-stage iron-aluminum removal treatment by using a neutralizing agent successively, wherein the −200 mesh sieving rate by mass ratio of the neutralizing agent is 85%-90%, and the spherical coefficient of solid particles of the neutralizing agent is not less than 0.6. In the disclosure, the particle size and morphology of the neutralizing agent are respectively improved so as to be used in the steps of one-stage iron-aluminum removal treatment and two-stage iron-aluminum removal treatment. The iron-aluminum removal rates in the steps of one-stage iron-aluminum removal treatment and two-stage iron-aluminum removal treatment can be effectively increased, and at the same time, the surface roughness of the solid particles of the neutralizing agent can be ensured to be lower, thereby reducing the rates of nickel, cobalt, and manganese ions reacting with local alkali to generate precipitations, thereby reducing the loss of nickel, cobalt, and manganese and further improving the yield of nickel-cobalt-manganese hydroxide produced by the laterite nickel ore hydrometallurgy.

Disclosed is a treatment system for removing iron-aluminum-chromium reaction products in leaching solution of laterite nickel ore, comprising a reaction tank, a lifting assembly, a flushing assembly, and a receiving box. The lifting assembly comprises a rotating shaft, a net pouch, and a connecting rod. The rotating shaft is rotatably connected to the reaction tank and is connected to the net pouch via the connecting rod; the rotation path of the net pouch covers and adheres to the inner bottom wall of the reaction tank, and it can be rotated to a first position and a second position; the receiving box can slide to a position directly below the net pouch at the second position. This solution addresses the current issues of requiring multiple thickeners for solid-liquid separation, which results in large equipment size and inconvenience in use.
