A system and method for intelligent service intermediation comprising a service intermediation server, which stores advanced global machine and deep learning models for natural language understanding, intent analysis, and constructing a central artificial intelligence that may be used to function as one intelligent service intermediary serving many parties, each acting in one or more roles, simultaneously, and a plurality of service edge devices which store local versions of the global machine and deep learning models and which use local data to train the local model.
