A cable reel of the present disclosure can include two flanges and a central drum being independently rotatable from one another. The drum, which can be configured to receive a cable, can be mounted on an axle. The two flanges can be rotationally mounted on the axle at opposing distal ends of the axle. Bearings in the flanges can allow for a full rotation of the flanges about the axle.

Energy and a control signal may be provided using a coupled power and control cable. The coupled power and control cable may comprise a power cable, a control cable, and an overall jacket. The power cable may be connected between a switch and a fixture and may provide energy to the fixture from the switch. The control cable may be connected between the control circuit and the fixture and may provide the control signal to the fixture from the control circuit. The power cable and the control cable may be disposed beneath the overall jacket.

A multipiece enclosure assembly is provided. The multipiece enclosure assembly may include a base comprising one or more walls and defining an interior configured to house one or more components and surrounded by the one or more walls. The base may have an open top and define a first opening at a front wall of the one or more walls. The open top and the first opening may provide access to the interior of the base to allow for connecting at least a portion of the one or more components to an incoming cable outside of the base. The multipiece enclosure assembly may further include an insert defining a second opening. The insert may be configured for being releasably secured to the base at the first opening. An overvoltage protection apparatus with failure protection is provided. The overvoltage protection apparatus may include a first set of one or more overvoltage protection components connected between a powered line and a return line, a thermal switch in thermal communication with the first set of one or more overvoltage protection components, and an electromechanical switch coupled to the thermal switch. The electromechanical switch may be configured to trigger a circuit breaker for the powered line when actuated. When the thermal switch is exposed to a temperature corresponding to the heat generated by the at least one overvoltage protection component and the temperature exceeds a threshold temperature, the thermal switch may actuate the electromechanical switch to create a short circuit such that the short circuit triggers the circuit breaker to interrupt power supplied by the powered line.

The assembly may comprise a first conductor, a second conductor, and a ground. The interweave assembly separator may be disposed between the first conductor and the ground, the second conductor and the ground, a first side of the assembly and the jacket, and a second side of the assembly and the jacket.

A liquid cooled charging cable system may be provided. The liquid cooled charging cable system may comprise a source, a load, a liquid cooled charging cable, and a cooling device. The liquid cooled charging cable may connect the source to the load, and may supply electric energy from the source to the load. The liquid cooled charging cable may comprise a supply conductor and a return conductor. The cooling device may pump a coolant around the supply conductor and the return conductor where the supply conductor and the return conductor may be immersed in the coolant.

An apparatus for detecting fault conditions in a power system is described. The apparatus may include one or more powered lines configured to output electricity to an electrical distribution system, a neutral line, an interrupter, and a controller. The controller may be configured for detecting when a fault condition is present in the power system. In response to detecting that the fault condition is present, the controller may cause the interrupter to interrupt the power supplied by the one or more powered lines. In response to detecting that the fault condition is no longer present, the controller may determine a power restoration delay time and cause the one or more powered lines to supply power to the electrical distribution system when the power restoration delay time has been elapsed.
