A work machine includes a lower traveling body; an upper turning body; an attachment including an end attachment at a tip portion; a processor; and a memory that includes instructions, which when executed, cause the processor to execute acquiring, by a first acquisition part, information relating to a weight of an object held by the end attachment; calculating a loading amount of the object in a loading target by adding the weight of the object held by the end attachment, each time the object held by the end attachment is discharged, based on the information acquired by the first acquisition part; and cancelling the adding of the weight to the loading amount, in response to determining that a predetermined operation for discharging the object held by the end attachment is performed by the attachment and a position where the object is discharged does not correspond to the loading target.

A work machine includes a lower traveling body; an upper swing body configured to be swingably mounted on the lower traveling body; a hydraulic actuator; a hydraulic pump configured to supply hydraulic oil to the hydraulic actuator; a first control valve provided in a first oil passage connecting the hydraulic pump and a hydraulic oil tank; a second control valve provided in a second oil passage connecting the hydraulic pump and the hydraulic actuator; and a third control valve provided between the hydraulic pump and the second control valve in the second oil passage. The third control valve is configured to shut off the second oil passage when a load on a drive source is intentionally increased.

An asphalt finisher including a screed to level paving material includes a telescopic screed cylinder to move a side frame by extending and retracting upon supply of hydraulic oil, a switching valve capable of being switched between an open state and a closed state, a sensor to detect information concerning a current position of the side frame, and a controller to control a drive of the switching valve, wherein the controller calculates a side frame target path, which specifies a trajectory of the side frame along the laying direction, calculates an extension and retraction speed of the telescopic screed cylinder based on a deviation between the side frame target path and the current position of the side frame detected by the sensor, and controls the telescopic screed cylinder by switching the switching valve between the open state and the closed state based on the extension and retraction speed.

An asphalt finisher includes: a tractor; a hopper installed on a front side of the tractor; a conveyor configured to transport a paving material in the hopper to a rear side of the tractor; a screw configured to spread the paving material transported by the conveyor in a vehicle-width direction on a road surface; a screed configured to level the paving material spread by the screw at a rear side of the screw; and a computer including one or more processors and a memory storing executable instructions, which when executed by the one or more processors, cause the computer to perform a process including controlling traveling of the tractor based on a state of a transport vehicle that transports the paving material to be replenished to the hopper.

An asphalt finisher includes a tractor; a screw configured to lay and spread a paving material rearward of the tractor; a screed configured to compact the paving material rearward of the screw; a retaining plate disposed in front of the screw; and a connector configured to connect the screed and the retaining plate. The screed is configured to be extendible or contractible in a width of the screed in a vehicle-width direction. The retaining plate is configured to be extendible or contractible in a width of the retaining plate in the vehicle-width direction in conjunction with, via the connector, extension or contraction of the width of the screed in the vehicle-width direction.

An asphalt finisher includes a screed configured to move in a construction direction and level a paving material; a screed extendible or contractible cylinder configured to extend or contract in accordance with supply of hydraulic oil, thereby moving a side frame that is a limit of leveling by the screed; a hydraulic pump configured to supply the hydraulic oil to the screed extendible or contractible cylinder; a switching valve configured to switch a supply target of the hydraulic oil; and a proportional valve configured to adjust a flow rate of the hydraulic oil. The switching valve and the proportional valve are provided in a path between the hydraulic pump and the screed extendible or contractible cylinder.

An asphalt finisher is provided and includes a plurality of wheels including a steered wheel; a steering cylinder configured to adjust a steered angle of the steered wheel; a hydraulic pump configured to supply hydraulic oil to the steering cylinder; a proportional control valve disposed between the hydraulic pump and the steering cylinder, and configured to control a flow rate and a direction of the hydraulic oil supplied to the steering cylinder; and a controller configured to control the proportional control valve to control the steered angle.

An excavator includes a lower traveling body; an upper slewing body that is slewably mounted on the lower traveling body; a boom that is attached to the upper slewing body; an arm that is attached to an end of the boom; an end attachment that is attached to an end of the arm; a tilt sensor configured to detect a tilt of the excavator; and a control part configured to control a height of the end attachment during slewing of the upper 10 slewing body, in accordance with a detection result obtained by the tilt sensor.

A display device for a shovel displays a screen that includes an image represented by image data captured by an imaging device included in the shovel. The screen further includes an icon image corresponding to an instruction to correct a reference value used to calculate the weight of a load object conveyed by the end attachment of the shovel.

An excavator includes a lower travel body, an upper slewing body mounted on the lower travel body in a slewable manner, a sensor configured to detect an inclination of a machine body with respect to a horizontal plane, a display device installed inside a cabin provided in the upper slewing body, and a control device configured to cause the display device to display an icon image resembling a shape of the machine body as information regarding the inclination of the machine body when an operation mode is switched to a crane mode.
