The present disclosure relates to an antibody binding to CD22, a bispecific antibody including the same, a chimeric antigen receptor, an antibody-drug conjugate, and uses thereof. According to one aspect, effective anticancer effects can be provided even for patients who are refractory to CD19-targeted therapies. Further, when using CD22 CAR NK cells or bispecific CD22/CD19 CAR NK cells, significantly enhanced reduction of cancer cells can be achieved.

Provided are exosome-derived microRNA biomarkers isolated from duodenal-pancreatic fluid for diagnosing pancreatic cancer, and uses thereof. Particularly, provided are a microRNA biomarker for diagnosing pancreatic cancer, a composition for diagnosing pancreatic cancer using the same, and a method for providing diagnostic information using the same. The microRNAs described herein demonstrate excellent diagnostic specificity and sensitivity for pancreatic cancer, and thus can be usefully employed in a non-invasive manner for early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer, as well as for predicting progression and treatment response of pancreatic cancer.

Disclosed are a visualization method for assisting medical image diagnosis comprising: acquiring first intensity values of first voxels in a lung region during inspiration, segmented from a chest computed tomography (CT) image acquired during inspiration, as first coordinate values of the first voxels; acquiring differences between second intensity values of second voxels, registered into the first voxels as voxels in the lung region during expiration segmented from a chest CT image acquired during expiration, and the first intensity values as second coordinate values of the first voxels; and visualizing a distribution of the first voxels by mapping the first voxels based on the first coordinate values and the second coordinate values.

Provided is a method of screening for an autophagy modulator. According to the screening method of an aspect, the autophagy modulator can be accurately screened with only a single cell. In addition, screening can be performed without using fluorescent labeling, and thus cytotoxicity and photobleaching that occur when fluorescent labeling analysis methods are used can be prevented, and the limitation of having to monitor only fluorescently labeled markers can be improved.

Biomarkers useful for detecting resistance to platinum-based chemotherapeutic agents (e.g., cisplatin) administered as pre-chemotherapy (NAC) for solid tumors (e.g., muscle-invasive bladder cancer (MIBC)). The biomarkers include glutathione-related genes, the expression levels of which can be used to determine the NAC resistance. The present disclosure relates to a transplantable cell therapy product composition for diabetes mellitus that contains an aggregate of insulin-secreting cells derived from stem cells. In the present disclosure, an NF microwell array membrane was fabricated by applying a molding process to an electrospun, permeable, biodegradable polycaprolactone (PCL) NF membrane and thus allows gases and soluble factors to permeate therethrough. The NF microwell of the present disclosure could provide more nutrients to the iPSC aggregates than conventional impermeable PDMS microwells, thus enhancing survival and differentiation capabilities of the cells. Additionally, the NF membrane was attached singly to the subcutaneous tissue and to the surface of organs such as liver and peritoneum without the need for a fixing material or separate sutures and was integrated with surrounding tissues, resulting in higher insulin secretion than PDMS microwells. Therefore, the present disclosure can be effectively utilized as a composition for the prevention or treatment of diabetes.
