Aspects hereof provide for a railing barrier having vertical balusters maintained between a top rail and a bottom rail. The vertical balusters are formed of a molded panel including multiple balusters. The molded panel is then positioned between a top rail and a bottom rail.

Aspects hereof provide apparatuses, systems, and/or methods directed to utilize split top rails and bottom rails to build a vertical railing structure or panel. Specifically, a railing is a panel comprised of a top rail including a first section and a second section, a bottom rail including a first section and a second section, and a plurality of balusters extending between the top rail and the bottom rail.

A side-load vertical railing is comprised of a top rail, a bottom rail, and a plurality of balusters extending between the top rail and the bottom rail. The balusters are loaded into the structure by first positioning each baluster to a securing structure on the bottom rail and then pivoting the baluster into engagement with the top rails extending between adjacent vertical posts. The top rail has a structure that holds the balusters in a spaced horizontal relationship. The top rail has a first “tilted” position that allows the balusters to engage the holding structure of the top rail. The top rail also has a second “locked” position that locks the balusters into the railing system.

Aspects hereof provide apparatuses, systems, and/or methods directed to a top-load vertical railing structure. Specifically, a top-load vertical railing is comprised of a top rail, a bottom rail, a spacer, and a plurality of balusters extending between the top rail and the bottom rail. The balusters are loaded into the structure by sliding each baluster through a corresponding aperture in the spacer towards the bottom rail. The bottom end of the baluster engages a securing structure on the bottom rail.

A railing system is depicted that includes a top rail, a spacer positioned adjacent the top rail, a bracket configured to be connected to a support post, a cross-pin configured to secure the spacer to the support post, a bottom rail, and a plurality of balusters extending between the top rail and the bottom rail.

A bracket is attached to a support post by any suitable structure and includes an upwardly extending projection. The upwardly extending projection is configured to engage an aperture formed in an end of the rail. The rail can be either a top rail or a bottom rail or both.

Aspects hereof provide apparatuses, systems and/or methods directed to a top load vertical railing comprised of a top rail, a bottom rail, a spacer, and a plurality of balusters extending between the top rail and the bottom rail. The bottom rail and the spacer have corresponding apertures for receiving the lower ends of the balusters. The spacer is temporally positioned on the bottom rail such that the apertures of the bottom rail align with the apertures of the spacer. The balusters are then positioned through the aligned apertures. The top rail is then positioned along the upper ends of the balusters. To finalize assembly, the spacer slides upwardly toward the top rail to engage a connecting structure on the top rail.

A side load vertical railing is comprised of a top rail, a bottom rail, a spacer, and a plurality of balusters extending between the top rail and the bottom rail. The balusters are loaded into the structure by first positioning each baluster to a securing structure on the bottom rail and then pivoting the baluster into engagement with the spacer extending between adjacent vertical posts.

A composite board includes a core and a capstock positioned to at least partially cover the core, where the capstock includes (a) a thermoplastic elastomer, where the thermoplastic elastomer does not include thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), and (b) a blend of thermoplastic matrix polymers, where the blend thermoplastic matrix polymers includes, based on a total weight of the capstock, 10 wt. % to 70 wt. % polyvinyl chloride (PVC), 1 wt. % to 60 wt. % acrylonitrile-styrene-acrylate (ASA), and 1 wt. % to 60 wt. % styrene-acrylonitrile (SAN).
