A recreational vehicle (RV) may include may include a chassis including longitudinal frame rails, an axle, and an RV body. The RV body may include an RV roof. The RV roof may include foam core units, a composite shell, and a biaxial glass perimeter along a perimeter of the RV roof. The RV may further include an RV battery that may be positioned between the longitudinal frame rails, forward of a center of mass of the RV, and below the RV floor of the RV body. The RV may also include a range extender that may be positioned between the longitudinal frame rails, rearward of the center of mass of the RV, and below the RV floor of the RV body. The RV may further include an electric motor that may be positioned rearward of the center of mass of the RV.

A thermal reuse system includes a compressor operable to increase a pressure of a working fluid, an external coil, a thermal expansion valve, a conditioned space coil, and a cabin thermal system. The cabin thermal system includes a living space coil operable to cool or warm a working fluid according to the operational mode, and a living space thermal expansion valve operable to increase or decrease a temperature of the working fluid according to the operational mode. In a conditioned space heating or cooling operational mode, the working fluid flows between the compressor, the external coil, the thermal expansion valve, and the conditioned space coil. In a living space heating or cooling operational mode, the working fluid flows between the compressor, the external coil, the living space thermal expansion valve, and the living space coil.

A recreational vehicle may include a chassis, an axle assembly, a floor, and a vehicle body enclosing living quarters. A fluid storage vessel may be supported in the chassis. The chassis may include a first and a second longitudinal chassis member each having an upper and lower edge, and an inner and outer face. Cross members have a first and second ends connected to the first and second chassis member, respectively. The cross members have an upper and lower edges extending between the ends. The cross members have an end height at the ends and a midsection height that is greater than the end height. A transport area extends longitudinally between two cross members, transversely between inner faces of the longitudinal chassis members, and vertically between upper and lower edges of the cross members. The fluid storage vessel is disposed in at least a portion of the transport area.

A cross-truss assembly, cross-truss, and method for installing the same on a vehicle chassis, such as that of an RV, is disclosed. The cross-truss assembly includes the vehicle chassis, the vehicle chassis having a plurality of frame rails that extend along a longitudinal direction of the vehicle chassis and that are configured to mount a vehicle body and a plurality of lateral members that join the plurality of frame rails together. The cross-truss is similarly arranged transverse to the plurality of frame rails and is fastened thereto. The cross-truss includes extension portions at each end that extend beyond the frame rails, and a leveling jack is mounted to each of the extension portions. The cross-truss is mounted to the vehicle frame by removing at least two outriggers from the vehicle frame and mounting the cross-truss to the vehicle frame in their place.

Embodiments provided herein include systems and methods for triggering usage recommendations. One embodiment of a method includes recording past trip data, where the past trip data includes data associated with at least one past trip taken in the RV, determining non-use of the RV, where determining non-use of the RV includes determining a duration since a most recent past trip, and classifying the user based on the non-use and the past trip data. Some embodiments include recommending, based on the classification and the past trip data, a new trip for the RV, determining operational data to enhance the new trip, where the operational data is associated with the at least one operational system, and providing data associated with the new trip and the operational data to the user.

A recreational vehicle comprising a generally horizontal floor, a plurality of generally upstanding walls defining a living space in conjunction with the floor, and a seating element in contact with the floor and comprising a plurality of tubular supports and a plurality of generally planar side panels, and wherein: upper edges of the plurality of side panels comprise a first ledge adjacent a front edge and a second ledge proximal a rear edge, the ledges being closer to a lower edge than a remainder of the upper edge is to the lower edge, each of tubular supports extends from a ledge of one side panel to a corresponding ledge of another side panel, and an upper surface of the tubular supports positioned in the ledges is coplanar with the remainder of the upper edge.

A recreational vehicle, of the type including a living space, may include an interior wall of the living space. The interior wall may comprise a window. The recreational vehicle may include a foldable table structure affixed to the interior wall. The foldable table structure may include a table surface including an opening. The table surface may be substantially against the interior wall in a stowed position and the window may be viewable or accessible through the opening in the stowed position of the foldable table structure. The table surface may be substantially perpendicular to the interior wall in an extended position of the foldable table structure.

A recreational vehicle (RV) may include a battery, a charging receptacle electrically coupled to the battery, a power measurement device electrically coupled to the charging receptacle, and a charge schedule generation system. The charge schedule generation system may include at least one processor communicatively coupled to the battery and the power measurement device and at least one non-transitory memory module communicatively coupled to the processor. Machine readable instructions of the non-transitory memory module may cause the processor to generate a charge schedule based on incoming power as measured by the power measurement device, a desired state of charge of the battery, and historical trends as to when peak charging hours occur. The at least one processor may further charge the battery according to the charge schedule.

A folding table, in particular for arrangement in a vehicle, comprising a table unit, wherein the table unit comprises a table top which is pivotable about a pivot axis (S′) so that the table top can be transferred from a folded state to an unfolded state and is connected to a support element, and a holding element on which the support element is arranged to be movable in a linear direction (L′), wherein the support element comprises at least one locking element which is designed to fix the table unit in the linear direction (L′) on the holding element.

A recreational vehicle (RV) may include a chassis and an RV body supported by the chassis. The RV body may include an exterior wall. The RV may further include an RV skirt including an upper portion and a lower portion and a skirt lock. The skirt lock may include a skirt lock body including a rear side and a front side. The skirt lock may further include a resilient securement slot between the rear side and the front side of the skirt lock body. The resilient securement slot may include a securement surface that may secure the upper portion of the RV skirt within the resilient securement slot. The skirt lock may also include a plurality of fasteners, extending through the skirt lock and the RV skirt into the RV body to fasten the skirt lock and the RV skirt to the exterior wall of the RV body.
