A case for a broadhead includes multiple sides, a bottom, and a lid. The case also includes a surface and multiple receivers. The sides, the bottom, and the lid define an inner volume. The surface is disposed in the inner volume, a distance from the bottom. The receivers are positioned on the surface. The receivers include multiple fingers and an aperture. The fingers are configured to be deformed out of a rest position by a shaft of an arrow as a broadhead coupled on an end of the shaft is inserted into the aperture. The fingers are configured to engage a surface of the broadhead to retain the broadhead in the aperture in response to the shaft being de-coupled from the broadhead and allowing the fingers to return to the rest position.

A fishing reel includes a frame and an anti-reverse mechanism. The anti-reverse mechanism includes a drive member, a ratchet plate, a biasing member, and engagement members. The ratchet plate is rotatably coupled with the drive member. The biasing member is frictionally engaged with the ratchet plate and the drive member. The engagement members pivotally couple with the frame and can be pivoted by the biasing member as the biasing member rotates. The engagement members are driven to pivot out of engagement with the ratchet plate as the biasing member rotates in a first direction to allow rotation of the drive member in the first direction. The engagement members are driven to pivot into engagement with the ratchet plate as the biasing member rotates in the second direction to limit further rotation of the drive member in the second direction.

The blade member is configured to rotate and translate relative to the body by a pin that is fixedly coupled with the body being received through a slot of the blade member. The blade member is transitionable between a retracted position and a deployed position. The plunger is bias by a spring in a longitudinal direction towards the target penetrating end. The plunger is configured to be received within a recess of the blade member when the blade member is in the retracted position.

A fishing rod assembly includes a rod, a grip assembly, and a vibration magnification member. The rod is configured to receive a vibration. The grip is coupled to the rod and defines a grasping portion for grasping by a user. The vibration magnification member is positioned at the grasping portion along the rod. An interior surface of the vibration magnification member and an exterior surface of the rod cooperatively define a chamber configured to receive the vibration from the rod, increase a perceptibility of the vibration by the user, and transfer the vibration with the increased perceptibility to the grasping portion.

The reel assembly includes a housing, a spool positioned within the housing, the spool configured to rotate about an axis to retrieve or let out a fishing line, a drive mechanism concentric with the axis, the drive mechanism configured to receive rotational kinetic energy from a user and drive the spool to take-up fishing line when a counter-torque provided to the spool by the fishing line is less than a target torque, and a drag mechanism. The drag mechanism is drivable by the drive mechanism to (a) drive the spool to take-up the fishing line when the counter-torque provided to the spool by the fishing line is less than the target torque or (b) provide a drag force to the spool when the counter-torque provided to the spool by the fishing line is less than the target torque.

A baitcaster includes a housing, a spool, a drivetrain, a bearing housing, and an input shaft. The housing defines a first member and a second member. The spool is positioned between the first member and the second member. The spool is configured to rotate in a first direction and a second direction. The drivetrain is positioned proximate the first member and is configured to rotate the spool in the first direction and the second direction. The bearing housing is positioned between the spool and the drivetrain. The input shaft is disposed along at least a midpoint of the baitcaster. The input shaft is configured to coaxially align the spool, drivetrain, and bearing housing. An axial force is generated between the spool and the drivetrain. The axial force is distributed through at least a portion of the bearing housing to prohibit the axial force from transferring into the drivetrain.

A fishing rod assembly includes a rod, a grip assembly, and a vibration magnification member. The rod is configured to receive a vibration at a first end and transfer the vibration downwards through the rod to a second end. The grip is coupled to the rod at the second end and defines a grasping portion for grasping by a user. The vibration magnification member is positioned at the grasping portion along the rod. An interior surface of the vibration magnification member and an exterior surface of the rod cooperatively define a chamber configured to receive the vibration from the rod, increase a magnitude of the vibration, and transfer the vibration with the increased magnitude to the grasping portion to increase a perceptibility of the vibration by the user.
