A pipe support system includes a pair of leg supports spaced apart from one another. Each of the pair of leg supports includes an elongated base and a column. The pipe support system also includes a strut coupled to each column of the pair of leg supports and at a first height above the elongated bases. A support platform coupled to each column of the pair of leg supports and at a second height above the elongated bases. The support platform defines a longitudinal axis, and the second height is different from the first height. The pipe support system further includes one or more rollers coupled to the support platform. The one or more rollers are disposed around the support platform and rotatable around the longitudinal axis.

An improved electrical pedestal for a roof is provided. The electrical pedestal may include an electrical support pole raceway (ESPR) to guide electrical wiring through a roof and to provide structural support for the electrical pedestal. The electrical pedestal may include an integrated wiring transition box (IWTB) to guide electrical wiring to different electrical components on the electrical pedestal. The electrical pedestal may include electrical pedestal stability support bracket (EPSSB) to adjustably secure the pedestal to a roof without a need for additional roof penetrations. The electrical pedestal may also include a support plate configured to support and attach to one or more electrical components.

A pipe support system is disclosed. In some examples, the pipe support system includes a roller, a support base, and in some examples one or more support adapters. The support base and support adapters are configured to be fitted together. Additional support adapters may fit into lower support adapters to extend the height of pipe support system (e.g., the support adapters are stackable with other support adapters and/or with the support base). The roller may be configured to fit into a topmost component of pipe support system, whether it be the support base or a support adapter. The roller may be configured to rotate within the support base or the support adapter to facilitate axial movement of a pipe disposed atop the roller.

An improved strut mounting bracket and its components are disclosed. The strut mounting bracket includes a securing portion and an extending portion. The securing portion may be configured to couple to a surface. The extending portion is coupled to the securing portion and extends substantially perpendicularly from the securing portion. The extending portion is configured to slidingly receive a strut over the extending portion. The extending portion includes a plurality of protrusions configured to frictionally contact inside surfaces of the strut. The plurality of protrusions cause the strut to resist movement towards the securing portion, locking the strut in place when strut mounting brackets are used on both ends of the strut. The extending portion may include one or more openings configured to receive screws or any other clamping mechanism to further lock the strut mounting bracket to the strut.

Shower drain assemblies and their components are disclosed. In some examples, a shower drain assembly may include a shower drain, a retaining ring, a sealing ring assembly, or a combination thereof. The retaining ring may fit inside the shower drain, and the sealing ring assembly may fit inside the shower drain and on top of the retaining ring. In some other examples, a shower drain assembly may include a shower drain, a gasket, a compression ring assembly, or a combination thereof. The gasket may fit inside the shower drain, and the compression ring assembly may fit inside the shower drain and on top of the gasket. The shower drain assemblies may allow for fluid pressure testing of shower drain and pipe assemblies. The shower drain assembly may allow for fluid pressure testing of areas not previously tested or a lack of a need for caulking, among other improvements.

A service panel for controlling at least one utility actuator to control the availability of a utility comprises a covered enclosure having an exterior region and an interior region, at least one readily accessible utility control providing ON and OFF request signals and a limited access control in the exterior region providing a temporary activate signal. The service panel has a controller and data storage programmed with code and data and control circuitry providing an “ON” control signal to the at least one utility actuator to switch the at least one utility actuator to the “ON” state, and the control circuitry providing an “OFF” control signal to the at least one utility actuator to switch the at least one utility actuator to an OFF state, the control circuitry further providing a re-key signal to the at least one actuator in response to activation of a switch.

A touchless utility controller is provided. In examples, the utility controller comprises a housing encompassing circuitry configured to receive a signal, and based on the received signal, provide an activation signal to a valve control device for a valve. The housing may comprise a face having an illuminated portion to allow for a visual indictor to illuminate the illuminated portion, wherein the face does not include any physically activated interface elements. In addition, the housing may include at least one of an outer side perimeter connected to the face or a back side, wherein at least one of the outer side perimeter or the back side defines at least one through hole for receiving a input power wiring and output transmission wires for connecting to the valve control device for the valve controlling one of gas or water.

Shower drain assemblies and their components are disclosed. In examples, a shower drain assembly may include a receptor, a threaded flange, a plate, and a protective cover. The protective cover may protect the plate, the threaded flange, or other components from damage. The protective cover may be installed directly onto the threaded flange or onto the plate when the plate is installed onto the threaded flange. The same protective cover can thus be used to protect shower drain assemblies at different stages of installation—whether or not trim pieces such as the plate have yet been installed.
