The dual fuel injector includes a fuel oil supply passage, a gaseous fuel supply passage, and a fuel injection portion. The fuel oil supply passage is used for delivering fuel oil, the gaseous fuel supply passage is used for delivering gaseous fuel, the fuel injection portion is used for being in communication with a combustion chamber, and the fuel injection portion is selectively in communication with the fuel oil supply passage, and the fuel injection portion is selectively in communication with the gaseous fuel supply passage.

A combustion device for an engine and a method for designing a piston includes a cylinder head, a cylinder block cooperating with the cylinder head, and a piston disposed in the cylinder block. The cylinder head includes an intake valve setting region and an exhaust valve setting region. The surface of the piston adjacent to the cylinder head includes a first concave surface and a squeezing surface adjacent to the first concave surface. The squeezing surface includes a first squeezing surface corresponding to the intake valve setting region and a second squeezing surface corresponding to the exhaust valve setting region. A combustion chamber is formed between the first concave surface and the cylinder head. The second squeezing surface includes a flow guide groove. The flow guide groove includes two first notches facing the combustion chamber.

An exhaust pipe, a method for optimizing and designing an exhaust pipe, and an engine are provided. The exhaust pipe includes a first exhaust pipeline arranged in a first direction, an EGR pipeline arranged in a second direction, and a pre-turbine pipeline arranged in a third direction. An input end of the EGR pipeline is communicated with an output end of the first exhaust pipeline, and an included angle θ.sub.1 between the first direction and the second direction is smaller than 60°. A selective catalytic reduction (SCR) system, comprising a box body, a mixer, a baffle and a carrier, the mixer, the baffle and the carrier being sequentially arranged inside the box body in an airflow direction inside the box body, the baffle being provided with a plurality of through holes, and the distribution density of the through holes and/or the hole area of the through holes being negatively correlated with a distribution uniformity index of NH 3 at the baffle. The configuration of the distribution density and the hole area of the through holes can improve the mixing uniformity of ammonia gas, so that a reaction effect of a catalyst and a mixed gas in the carrier is enhanced. The settings of the distribution density and the hole area of the through holes can improve the mixing uniformity of an ammonia gas.

The electric machine includes a machine housing, a stator, a rotor, and a rotor shaft. The stator is fixedly disposed in the machine housing. The rotor shaft is rotatably disposed in the machine housing. The rotor is fixedly disposed on the rotor shaft. The stator is sleeved on the rotor with a gap between the stator and the rotor. The rotor shaft is provided with a first cooling oil circuit. The machine housing is provided with a second cooling oil circuit. The rotor shaft is drivingly connected to the pump. The spray nozzles are connected to the second cooling oil circuit

A method for predicting a remaining service life of a urea pump is provided. The method includes monitoring a pressure build-up duration, acquiring an operating condition degradation duration based on the pressure build-up duration, and subtracting a degradation duration from a calibrated remaining service life of the urea pump to obtain a prediction result of the remaining service life of the urea pump. The pressure build-up duration is a duration of a successful pressure build-up process during a latest driving cycle of an engine provided with the urea pump. The successful pressure build-up process is a process during which a pump pressure value of the urea pump increases from a first preset value to a second preset value. The calibrated remaining service life is obtained by subtracting an operating duration of the urea pump from a calibrated service life of the urea pump.

Provided are a control method for an air intake intercooler of an engine and a control system thereof, which relates to the technical field of intercoolers. The air intake intercooler includes a primary thermal management unit that can heat and cool intake air. The control method for the air intake intercooler includes acquiring real-time air intake temperature of an air inlet of the intake intercooler; controlling the primary thermal management unit to turn on a heating mode in response to the real-time air intake temperature being lower than a set minimum temperature limit value; and controlling the primary thermal management unit to turn on a cooling mode in response to the real-time air intake temperature being higher than the set maximum temperature limit.
