A remote patient monitoring (RPM) system is disclosed that acquires blood pressure (BP) data from a BP monitor and enriches the data with contextual information obtained directly from the user during the measurement session. The BP monitor includes a display and input hardware for presenting questions and receiving predetermined responses that form contextual data associated with the BP data. The enriched BP data is transmitted to a server, which attributes a notification level using a correspondence database linking BP values and contextual data to notification levels or level variations. A remote monitoring interface, executed on a device used by a healthcare professional, displays the BP data in a display mode determined by the attributed notification level. The system reduces false alerts, improves triage efficiency, and provides clinically actionable information for diagnostic assessment in remote-care environments.

A urine analysis cartridge includes a support and a plurality of moisture-tight chambers, each chamber being adapted to receive urine for analysis.
