A router bit that includes a shank end, a boring end opposite to the shank end, a drill axis that is defined between the shank end and the boring end, a shank that extends from the shank end and is adapted to engage with a chuck of a router, and a body that extends from the shank to the boring end and defines a non-linear profile. The router bit also includes a pair of cutting edges of the body that helically extends along the drill axis between the shank and the boring end. The router bit also includes a pair of flutes of the body that is defined between the pair of cutting edges and helically extends along the drill axis between the shank and the boring end. The body is configured to cut a non-linear profile into a work piece.

A band saw template jig configured to be used with a band saw for cutting a desired pattern in a work piece by guiding an attached template at a desired offset. The band saw template jig includes at least a base, at least one support shaft, a guide arm, and a guide end. The base is adapted to be secured onto a work surface using at least one securement member. The at least one support shaft operably engages with the base. The guide arm and guide end are collectively movable along the at least one support shaft and are adapted to be secured at a desired height on the at least one support shaft. The guide end is configured to allow a band saw blade to be positioned inside of the guide end for setting the desired offset between the work piece and the template attached with the work piece.

Disclosed is an apparatus for retaining a saw blade set on an arbor. The apparatus may be an integrated dado nut assembly and may have a dado nut, a removable dado washer and a lockring. The dado nut is configured to be rotatably slidingly connected to the dado washer while providing for an axial force to be transmitted from the dado nut being rotated on the arbor through the dado washer to an outer blade of the saw blade set with a substantially full thread engagement. The integrated dado nut assembly is configured to be clampingly engaged by a lockring.

A portable router table that includes a top surface of a bench that is adapted to support at least one workpiece. The portable router table also includes a bottom surface of the bench that is spaced apart from the top surface. The portable router table also includes a router base that is removably engageable with the bench and is adapted to support a router. When the router base is provided in a first cutting orientation, the router base is engaged with the bench. When the router base is provided in a second cutting orientation, the router base is spaced apart and remote from the bench.

A machining jig used for adjusting and aligning a workpiece with a drill bit of a drill press in order to make at least one hole at at least one desired compound angle in a workpiece. The machining jig includes a base table adapted to be operably engaged with a drill press table. The machining jig also includes a work table operably engaged with the base table, wherein the work table is pivotably moveable relative to the base table. The machining jig also includes an adjustment assembly operably engaged with the work table and the base table. The adjustment assembly is configured to pivotably adjust the work table to an angle relative to the base table, wherein the angle is selected from a range of predetermined angles. The adjustment assembly also secures the work table to the base table at the selected angle.

A table saw jig for guiding offcut sides of various types of workpiece. The table saw jig includes a base that operably engages with a table of a table saw. The table saw jig also includes a slider that is moveably engaged inside of the base and is adapted to guide an offcut side of at least one workpiece along the table of the table saw. The table saw jig also includes at least one attachment assembly that operably engages with the base and is adapted to engage the base with the table of the table saw. The table saw jig also includes at least one calibration assembly that operably engages with the slider and the base. The at least one calibration assembly is configured to calibrate the slider relative to a blade of the table saw when the base is operably engaged with the table of the table saw.

A portable router table that includes a top surface of a bench that is adapted to support at least one workpiece. The portable router table also includes a bottom surface of the bench that is spaced apart from the top surface. The portable router table also includes at least one bottom slot defined in the bottom surface of the bench. The bench is adapted to engage with a bench clamp inside of the at least one bottom slot for clamping the portable router table with a support structure. In one instance, the bench may be cantilevered from the support structure and the bottom surface of the bench is engaged with the support structure.

A fence stop system for a table saw includes a fence stop that has a stop surface that is moveable between first and second positions. In the first position, the stop surface is disengaged from a portion of a table saw fence. In the second position, the stop surface engages the portion of the table saw fence. The fence stop includes a micro adjustment mechanism to “dial in” an exact measurement for a rip or cut. The fence stop system may additionally include a second fence stop that can be coupled to the first fence stop to create a mated pair. When the stop surfaces are in their second positions (i.e., stopping position), part of the table saw fence is disposed between the respective stop surfaces that allow the fence to translate between the stop surfaces to effectuate a dado cut in the wood.
