A glove, in particular a work glove, having a palm section covering the palm of the hand, a back section covering the back of the hand and a trigger device. The trigger device is provided at the point on the glove which, when the glove is being worn, rests against the radial side of the metacarpophalangeal joint of the index finger of a user's hand. The glove has a band-like base body, which includes the palm section and the back section, wherein the trigger device is, at least for the most part, provided on a tongue of the base body, which protrudes on the finger side beyond at least one of the finger-side edge of the palm section and an imaginary extension of the finger-side edge of the palm section.

A gateway for a control system, the gateway including a first wireless communication component a second wireless communication component and/or an Ethernet communication component as well as a RS-232 communication component. The first wireless communication component is configured to establish a first wireless communication link between at least one wearable user device, i.e., a barcode scanner, and the gateway. The second wireless communication component and/or the Ethernet communication component is configured to establish at least one second communication link between the gateway and at least one control unit and the RS-232 communication component is configured to establish a third communication link between the gateway and at least one end device. Further, the gateway is configured to configure at least the RS-232 communication component for establishing the third communication link based on configuration data received via the first communication link.

An electrical circuit assembly for a glove as well as a glove. The electrical circuit assembly includes a trigger and at least one function button as well as a holder. An electronic module can be inserted into the holder in order to be held in place by the holder. The holder includes at least one electrical contact which physically contacts an electrical mating contact of the electrical module when the electronic module is inserted. In addition, the electrical circuit assembly includes a voltage divider, wherein the at least one electrical contact is connected electrically to the trigger and the at least one function button via the voltage divider so that depending on the respective state of the trigger and/or the at least one function button, a different voltage value is determinable at the at least one electrical contact.

A method for monitoring a work system including steps of receiving a plurality of scan data values acquired by a sensor of a sensor device and order indicators associated with the scan data values, determining pairwise similarities between the scan data values, determining a number of clusters for grouping the scan data values based on the determined pairwise similarities, grouping the scan data values into N clusters, wherein N is the number of clusters determined based on the determined pairwise similarities, assigning the scan data values to the clusters obtaining a grouped dataset of the scan data values, and outputting a signal based on the grouped dataset. A method for operating a scanner system is provided. The scanner system has a scanning device portable by a user, and an interacting device. The method includes broadcasting an advertising packet by a first device, being the interacting device or the scanning device, the advertising packet including identification information and payload information, receiving the advertising packet by a second device, verifying the identification information of the advertising packet against stored, expected identification information, and if the verification has been positive, performing an action by the second device based on the payload information. The action includes, always or when one or more prerequisites are met, broadcasting an advertising packet as a reaction. Further, a scanner system and a scanning device are provided.

A hand garment has a dorsal section, a fastening section, and a mount for mounting a detachable wearable interface unit to the dorsal section. The mount has a base plate and at least two fixation wings, wherein the fixation wings extend from opposite edges of the base plate and define a receiving space for the interface unit between them. A glove, in particular a work glove, including at least a base body, a trigger, a first component and a signal line, wherein the first component is attached to the base body, wherein the signal line connects the first component to the trigger electrically and includes a flexible printed circuit board, wherein the base body includes at least a base layer and a cover, wherein the cover covers at least the trigger, wherein the trigger is located between the cover and the base layer, and wherein at least a protective layer is provided in the region of the signal line, the protective layer being attached to the base layer and made of a material that is less stretchable than the material of the cover and the material of the base layer.
