Methods and systems synchronize data between multiple applications and devices. A method comprises determining a set of data locations of a first document format of a first document generated by a first application, transmitting a first application synching configuration comprising the set of data locations to a synching server; and responsive to determining a changed value at a data location, transmitting a first notification, comprising the changed value and one or more of: (i) the data location; and (ii) a corresponding data location of a second document format of the second document generated by a second application, to the synching server.

A mechanism for reconciling unreconciled bank statement lines with corresponding accounting book entries in an online bookkeeping service. A machine-configurable similarity measurement model is applied to quantify similarity of an unreconciled bank statement line to each of a set of historical bank statement line reconciliations for a specific user, to identify a most similar line reconciliation, and upon satisfaction of a threshold, to automatically reconcile the unreconciled bank statement line with extracted accounting book entry details from the identified reconciliation.

A method includes presenting, in a user interface for a user account with an online platform, a first display object comprising a payment progress indicator representative of a payment plan for paying a debt. The payment plan is a combination payment plan comprising at least two different payment schedules. The indicator comprises a first component representative of a first of the payment schedules and a second component representative of a second of the payment schedules. The method comprises determining a set of attributes from the examples, and determining a numerical representation of each set of attributes. The method comprises training a compromised account detection model using the numerical representations and the labels to predict a likelihood of a candidate user account being a security risk and providing the trained compromised account detection model.

A computer-implemented method for generating a model of periodic transactions based on the cluster of transactions comprises determining a dataset of transactions occurring during a first time period, and determining a subset of related transactions from the dataset of transactions. The method comprises selecting a first transaction interval pattern, selecting a first clustering criteria, the first clustering criteria comprising a threshold deviation from the first transaction interval pattern, and based on the first transaction interval pattern and the first clustering criteria, identifying a cluster of transactions from the subset of related transactions. Identifying the cluster of transactions comprises: determining an interval difference between the dates of at least one pair of transactions in the subset of related transactions; and determining the cluster of transactions as the transactions of the subset of related transactions that comply with the first transaction interval pattern and the threshold deviation from first transaction interval pattern.

An apparatus, program, and method provide data processing functions for processing text statements. A training phase of the data processing function includes: tokenizing each of a plurality of training text statements into respective training sets; determining, among the training sets, the vocabulary size, and a reference set of text tokens, being a subset of the unique text tokens; generating a reference set of hash values by hashing each of the reference set; for each tokenized training text statement, producing an encoded version comprising: for each text token that hashes to one of the reference set of hash values, the hash value; training the data processing function based on the encoded versions of the tokenized text statements. A live phase of the data processing function includes: producing an encoded version of the tokenized input text statement; executing the trained data processing function on the encoded version of the input text statement.
