A door for a vehicle comprises an outer panel and an inner panel joined to the outer panel by an adhesive. An outer surface of the inner panel includes an outer surface main part crossing a bonding direction of the inner panel and the outer panel at a first crossing angle, and an outer surface inclined part connected to the outer surface main part via a corner portion so as to form a ridge line and crossing the bonding direction at a second crossing angle smaller than the first crossing angle. A part of the corner portion having the adhesive deposited thereon is provided with a recess and a pair of first ribs are formed in a part of the outer surface main part adjacent to the corner portion in a mutually spaced apart relationship on either side of the recess, the first ribs being inclined such that a spacing between the first ribs becomes smaller toward the corner portion.

A sunroof device includes a coupling member coupling the movable panel to a slider, and an elevating mechanism configured to raise and lower a rear end of the movable panel. The elevating mechanism includes a cam groove provided in the slider, the cam groove being a bottomed cam groove that is open to one side over an entire length thereof, and a guide pin provided on the coupling member to protrude into the cam groove from a side. A slot is formed in a bottom wall of the slider defining the cam groove, the slot penetrating the bottom wall and extending in an extension direction of the cam groove to have a length shorter than a length of the cam groove. The slot is provided in a part of the bottom wall where the guide pin is positioned when the movable panel is in the tilt up position.

Provided is a pressure vessel comprising a liner and an insert member that are integrally formed by blow molding the liner. The insert member has a cylindrical shape with an inner diameter opening portion. The liner is molded integrally with the insert member by inserting a parison through the inner diameter opening portion and performing blow molding. Since the liner is inserted inside the insert member and is blow molded, a pinched portion is not generated. Consequently, strength of the pressure vessel can be improved, and fluid is prevented from leaking between the liner and the insert member.

A roof module includes: a roof panel; a pair of guide rails mounted on an inner surface of the roof panel and extending in a front-rear direction of the vehicle; a shade sheet guided by the guide rails; a winding device supported by the guide rails and configured to wind up the shade sheet and a drive source configured to drive the shade sheet in an unwinding direction and a winding direction. The winding device and the drive source are arranged in a concentrated manner on a rear end side of the guide rails, and no cross member connecting the guide rails is provided on a front end side of the guide rails.

To suppress the degradation of sealing property of a pressure vessel and the deterioration of a sealing member, and to reduce the workload and cost of manufacture, a blow molding device includes a pair of molds configured to be clamped to sandwich a parison from both lateral sides, and a blow pin configured to form a neck portion together with the molds. The blow pin includes a blow pin body portion having an outer circumferential surface of a shape corresponding to an inner circumferential surface of the neck portion, and a ring portion forming an annular recess portion between the blow pin body portion and the ring portion to form an outer circumferential surface of a tip portion of the neck portion, which is a smooth surface without any parting line.

A door for a vehicle includes an outer panel and an inner panel joined to the outer panel by an adhesive. An outer surface of the inner panel includes an outer surface main part crossing a bonding direction of the inner panel and the outer panel by a first crossing angle, and an outer surface inclined part connected to the outer surface inclined part via a corner portion so as to form a ridge line and crossing the bonding direction by a second crossing angle smaller than the first crossing angle. A part of the corner portion having the adhesive deposited thereon is provided with a recess and a pair of first ribs are formed in a part of the outer surface main part adjacent to the corner portion in a mutually spaced apart relationship on either side of the recess, the first ribs being inclined such that a spacing between the first ribs becomes smaller toward the corner portion.

The roof module includes a window panel fixed to the roof, a pair of guide rails attached to an inner surface of the window panel, a shade guided by the guide rails, a drive source that actuates the shade, and a support bracket via which the drive source is attached to the window panel. The support bracket includes a bracket main body that supports the drive source, a pair of legs, and a pair of bonded parts that are joined to the window panel with an adhesive. The distance between the two legs is greater than the length of the drive source. A space longer than the length of the drive source is defined between the bracket main body and the window panel.

A manufacturing method for a roof module includes: a step of fixing a mounting member to an inner surface of a roof panel; a step of assembling a shade unit provided with a pair of guide rails, a shade sheet, and a winding device; a step of attaching a jig for keeping the guide rails parallel to each other to the shade unit; a step of fixing the shade unit to which the jig is attached to the mounting member; and a step of detaching the jig from the shade unit mounted to the inner surface of the roof panel.

Provided is a fuel tank having recess portions serving as recess-shaped portions continuously formed from a tank main body and protruding inward. The fuel tank includes an inner pinch reducing recess portion ( 31 ) disposed on at least one side of an inner pinch generation concern region where there is a concern of an inner pinch being generated between the recess-shaped portions and a first side wall and a second side wall both of which are an upstanding wall of the tank main body. Here, the inner pinch reducing recess portion has a protrusion amount smaller than a protrusion amount of the recess-shaped portion.

The deflector device includes a deflector main body that can be folded and deployed, a retained member provided along an upper edge of the deflector main body, a deflector blade provided with a groove extending in a vehicle width direction to receive the retained member therein, and a retaining member that is fixed to the deflector blade to retain the retained member in the groove. The retaining member includes an engaging part having one end that engages the retained member in the groove, and a fixing part extending from another end of the engaging part at an angle to the engaging part and provided with a plurality of insertion holes for a fastening member secured to the deflector blade.
