The present invention relates to a system for jointly producing erythritol and liquid sorbitol by using a corn starch, including a liquefaction tank, a saccharification tank, a filter and a nanofiltration assembly. The liquefaction tank is used to perform liquefaction for the corn starch, the saccharification tank is used to perform saccharification for the liquefied material, the filter is used to filter out impurities in the saccharified material to obtain a glucose liquid, and the nanofiltration assembly is used to perform nanofiltration for the filtered glucose liquid to respectively obtain a dialysate and a concentrate. The system further includes a fermentation and crystallization assembly for performing fermentation and crystallization for the dialysate to prepare crystalline erythritol, and a hydrogenation and evaporation assembly for performing hydrogenation and evaporation for the concentrate to prepare liquid sorbitol. The present invention further provides a method of jointly producing erythritol and liquid sorbitol by using a corn starch. The present invention not only improves the purity of erythritol but also obtains liquid sorbitol, thus improving the utilization value of the corn starch.

Provided is a method for continuous gas-liquid countercurrent preparing sugar alcohol, the method includes: through a gas-liquid countercurrent trickle bed reactor, pouring a biomass sugar solution from a liquid phase inlet into the trickle bed reactor from top to bottom, and introducing hydrogen gas from a gas phase inlet to the trickle bed reactor from bottom to top; the biomass sugar solution and the hydrogen gas pass through a catalyst bed in a gas-liquid countercurrent manner for hydrogenation reduction to obtain a biomass sugar alcohol solution.

The present invention provides a method of improving a biomass high-solid enzymatic hydrolysis rate. By screening particle sizes of the biomass substrate, different water content controls are performed on coarse and fine particle biomass substrates and then an entire water content of the mixture of the coarse and fine particle biomass substrates is controlled to achieve a reduced initial viscosity of the enzymatic hydrolysis and improve liquefaction speed, and finally improve the biomass high-solid enzymatic hydrolysis rate. The enzymatic hydrolysis system of the present invention can be easily constructed with lower equipment requirements, lower energy consumption, higher enzymatic hydrolysis efficiency and simpler operation process, helping the industrial production and applications.

The present disclosure relates to an enteral sustained-release sugar alcohol additive including an inner layer structure and an outer layer structure. The inner layer structure contains components of xylitol and agar, and the outer layer structure contains components of carrageenan or gellan gum or xanthan gum or guar gum, vitamin B12, L-arabinose, and fermented Bifidobacterium or fermented Propionibacterium or fermented Lactobacillus . The present disclosure further provides a method of preparing an enteral sustained-release sugar alcohol additive and an application thereof.

A method for lignocellulose hydrolysis is provided. The method includes: crushing an agroforestry biomass feedstock, extracting with a toluene-ethanol solution, and drying to obtain a de-extracted feedstock; weighing a metal salt and glycerol for mixing to obtain a type IV deep eutectic solvent; weighing the de-extracted feedstock and adding into the type IV deep eutectic solvent, and reacting for 2 h-4 h at a temperature of 80° C.-120° C. and a stirring speed of 300 rpm-500 rpm to obtain a pretreatment mixture; performing a solid-liquid separation to the pretreatment mixture to obtain a filter residue and a filtrate, and then drying the filter residue after washing to obtain a lignocellulose residue after pretreatment; and performing enzymatic hydrolysis reaction to the lignocellulose residue to obtain fermentable sugar.

A carboxymethyl hemicellulose composite film and a preparation method are provided. The composite film includes 95 to 100 parts by weight of carboxymethyl hemicellulose, 1 to 5 parts by weight of gallic acid, and 50 to 60 parts by weight of sorbitol. The carboxymethyl hemicellulose is obtained by an etherification reaction of bamboo hemicellulose with chloroacetic acid under an alkaline condition, and a degree of substitution of the carboxymethyl hemicellulose is within a range of 0.17 to 0.59. The preparation method includes mixing the carboxymethyl hemicellulose with deionized water, the gallic acid, and the sorbitol in sequence to obtain a composite film solution; and slowly pouring the composite film solution into a mold for drying to obtain the carboxymethyl hemicellulose composite film. The preparation method has advantages of antibacterial activity, environmental friendliness, and low cost.

The present invention relates to a system for reducing a content of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural in a high fructose syrup, including an ion exchange positive column and an ion exchange negative column for performing cation and anion removals in sequence for an F42 high fructose syrup obtained by performing isomerization and first decolorization, a heat exchanger for performing heat exchange and temperature reduction for an F55 high fructose syrup obtained by performing concentration, chromatographic separation, blending and second decolorization in sequence for the F42 high fructose syrup subjected to ion exchange, a mixed bed column for performing purification for the heat-exchanged F55 high fructose syrup, and an evaporation tank for performing concentration for the F55 high fructose syrup subjected to mixed bed treatment. The present invention further provides a method of reducing a content of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural in a high fructose syrup. In the present invention, optimization is performed for ion exchange and operation modes and parameters of the mixed bed such that the HMF content in the high fructose syrup product is reduced in a case of ensuring the quality of the high fructose syrup product, thus improving the quality of the high fructose syrup product.

The present invention discloses a xylose hydrolysate decolorization and filtration device. A hydrolysate is filtered through a to-be-cleaned filtering machine to form a waste carbon liquid with a light transmittance of 7% to 10%, the waste carbon liquid is subjected to pressure filtration through a filter press to form a plate and frame liquid, the plate and frame liquid is filtered through a to-be-passed-through filtering machine to form a pre-decolorized liquid with a light transmittance of 30% to 35%, the pre-decolorized liquid enters a decolorization tank and is mixed with added new carbon in the decolorization tank to form a new carbon liquid, and the new carbon liquid is filtered through a standby filtering machine to form a decolorized liquid with a light transmittance of greater than 65%. The present invention further discloses a xylose hydrolysate decolorization and filtration method using the device. According to the present invention, the pollution of carbon powder to the surrounding environment is effectively reduced, the xylose hydrolysate is effectively decolorized and filtered, the device is designed in a compact way and takes up less space, and the entire decolorization and filtration process is carried out in a sealed environment, which reduces the pollution to the surrounding environment.

The embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method for extracting xylose liquid and cellulose with high purity from corn straw. The method includes raw material screening, raw material preprocessing, alkali processing, acid hydrolysis, and gradient alkali processing. The embodiments of the present disclosure adopt a gradient selective refining method for extracting a high-purity xylose liquid and cellulose from the corn straw, so as to maximize the extraction of the xylose from the corn straw, and at the same time, to separate and extract a high-purity cellulose product from straw residue under a low-cost process processing.

The present disclosure provides a technology field of caking of crystal particles, and in particular relates to a method for predicting a critical caking cycle of crystal particle. The method includes: establishing a CHS crystal bridge growth model database of a crystal particle with a same type of crystal particle to be predicted firstly, selecting existed data in the corresponding CHS crystal bridge growth model database based on an equivalent particle radius, a stored ambient temperature, and an environmental high and low humidity cycle condition of the crystal particle to be predicted, respectively, and calculating the critical caking cycle according to experience calculation equations, wherein a result obtained by calculation is a predicted critical caking cycle of the crystal particle to be predicted. The present disclosure has characteristics of time-saving, convenience, good universality, and high prediction accuracy, which can quickly predict the critical caking cycle of multi-particle crystal particle products under different humidity storage conditions within a week, resulting in greatly reducing time costs and providing guidance for storage of industrial crystal particle products.
