A domain may store data and schema, domain knowledge ontology such as resource description framework, and unstructured data. The computing server may extract objects from the unstructured data. The computing server may convert the extracted named entities and activities to word embeddings and input the word embeddings to a machine learning model to generate an activity time sequence. The machine learning model may be a long short-term memory. A process model may be generated from the time sequence. The computing server may identify outliers in the process model based on metrics defined by the domain. The computing server may convert transactions without outliers as word embeddings and generate signatures of the transactions using cosine similarity. The computing server may augment the results with the domain knowledge ontology.

A system synchronizes change-data in a multi-tenant system with one or more external service provider systems. The system comprises a system interface configured to receive transaction events; a write-optimized transactional database for recording the transaction events; a replicated read-optimized transactional database; a transaction log of change-data generated from the read-optimized transactional database; a first change-data processor configured to identify the change-data in the transaction log that is relevant to at least one external service provider system, and to generate an aggregate relevant change-data log; a second change-data processor configured to identify aggregate relevant change-data that is relevant to a particular external service provider system, and to generate a service provider relevant change-data log; a service provider connector configure to await a real-time trigger condition, and to, in response to the trigger condition, perform a synchronization session to synchronize the service provider relevant change-data with the particular external service provider system.

A system and method for calculating variable consideration for performance obligations. The method can involve, checking a database for historical transaction data, accessing the historical transaction data, and applying one or more predetermined variable consideration rules to the historical transaction data. The method can include automatically analyzing the historical transaction data generating an analysis report based on the data. The method can include uploading predetermined corrections to variable consideration transactions to a database or other storage medium and applying the corrections to historical performance obligation transaction data. The method can include determining whether variable consideration changes should be applied to individual transaction lines within the variable consideration transactions.

A computing server configured to process data of a domain from unstructured data sources to generate natural language phrases describing relationships between entities identified from the unstructured data. The computing server may receive master data schema and domain knowledge ontology of a domain including relationship definitions in the domain. The computing server may identify targeted types of named entities of the domain from the master data schema according to the relationship definitions in the domain knowledge ontology. The computing server may extract a plurality of named entities from unstructured data of the domain. The computing server may generate one or more sequences of named entities and assign entity labels to the named entities. The computing server may, based on the entity labels, generate natural language phrases describing relationships of sets of named entities.

Receive, by an arbitrary query user interface, a user request to perform a query associated with user data, wherein the user data includes first data and second data. Partition, by a coordinator node of an arbitrary query engine, the query into at least a first sub-query and a second sub-query. Assign, by the coordinator node of the arbitrary query engine, the first sub-query to a first query node of the arbitrary query engine. Identify, by a first service connector associated with the first query node of the arbitrary query engine, a first service provider interface (SPI) integrated into a first service, the first service being capable of processing the first sub-query, the first SPI being configured to operate on the first data in a first datastore associated with the first service, the first SPI including a common interface component configured to facilitate communication between the arbitrary query engine and the first SPI, and the first SPI including a first service interface component configured based on a uniform access specification. Provide, by the first service connector associated with the first query node of the arbitrary query engine, the first sub-query to the first service provider interface. Obtain, by the first service using the first SPI, at least a portion of the first data from the first datastore associated with the first service, the at least a portion of the first data being formatted according to a first service data specification. Transform, by the first SPI based on the uniform access specification, the at least a portion of the first data, thereby generating transformed first data formatted according to the uniform access specification. Provide, by the first service using the first SPI, the transformed first data to the arbitrary query engine.

A system synchronizes change-data in a multi-tenant system with one or more external service provider systems. The system comprises a system interface configured to receive transaction events; a write-optimized transactional database for recording the transaction events; a replicated read-optimized transactional database; a transaction log of change-data generated from the read-optimized transactional database; a first change-data processor configured to identify the change-data in the transaction log that is relevant to at least one external service provider system, and to generate an aggregate relevant change-data log; a second change-data processor configured to identify aggregate relevant change-data that is relevant to a particular external service provider system, and to generate a service provider relevant change-data log; a service provider connector configure to await a real-time trigger condition, and to, in response to the trigger condition, perform a synchronization session to synchronize the service provider relevant change-data with the particular external service provider system.

A computing server may receive master data, transaction data, and one or more existing process models of a domain. The computing server may aggregate, based on domain knowledge ontology of the domain, the master data and the transaction data to generate a fact table. For example, entries in the fact table may be identified as relevant to the target process model and include attributes and facts that are extracted from master data or transaction data. The computing server may convert the entries in the fact table into vectors. The computing server inputting vectors into one or more machine learning algorithms to generate one or more algorithm outputs. One or more algorithm outputs may correspond to one or more improved process models that are optimized compared to the existing process models. The computing server may provide the improved process model to the domain to replace one of the existing process models.

Select, by the central controller engine based on the user request, a first service provider interface (SPI) integrated into a first service, the first SPI being configured to operate on the first data in a first datastore associated with the first service. The first SPI including a first service interface component configured based on a uniform access specification. Obtain, by the first SPI, the first data, the first data being formatted according to a first service data specification. Transform, by the first SPI based on the uniform access specification, the first data, thereby generating transformed first data formatted according to the uniform access specification. Provide, by the first SPI, the transformed first data to a target service.

Select, by the central controller engine based on the user request, a first service provider interface (SPI) integrated into a first service, the first SPI being configured to operate on the first data in a first datastore associated with the first service. The first SPI including a first service interface component configured based on a uniform access specification. Obtain, by the first SPI, the first data, the first data being formatted according to a first service data specification. Transform, by the first SPI based on the uniform access specification, the first data, thereby generating transformed first data formatted according to the uniform access specification. Provide, by the first SPI, the transformed first data to a target service.

Embodiments of the present methods and systems are directed to a system and method for managing and editing accounting periods. Particularly, the embodiments are directed to a financial management system that allows for the recordation of financial transactions without first requiring the creation of a user-defined accounting period, and that further allows for the creation, modification, and closure of defined accounting periods.
