Systems and methods are provided for providing targeted marketing to goods and services provides and consumer resource management services to consumers. An example system and method for targeted marketing comprises collecting transaction data from point-of-sale (POS) terminals and using a consumer identifier in the transaction data to access stored information about the consumer. This information may be used to target offers and advertisement to the consumer. In an example system for consumer resource management, a consumer may configure a consumer account on the enterprise infrastructure via a web-site. The consumer may use the consumer account to purchase and configure gift cards that may be used for purchasing goods and services. A universal transaction identifier may be associated with the consumer account and used to purchase goods and services from more than one selected goods and services providers.

Systems and methods discussed herein relate to a system for detecting and preventing fraudulent transactions through collecting requests for website access, stored-card trades and sales, and transactions using physical or electronically issued credit, debit, stored-value, and other cards. The fraud detection system not only flags individual transactions, but is also configured to dynamically track and update banned/watch lists associated with request artifacts and cards in order to catch and prevent individual actors as well as BOTs, at least by adjusting the thresholds used to evaluate risk scores and what is placed on the banned/watch lists based upon requests received as well as information from financial institutions, merchants, government agencies, and watchdog groups. The system is also configured to provide information to those groups.

A method includes receiving a request to process, against an electronic wallet, a portion of a transaction, an electronic wallet optionally comprising a sub-wallet, the transaction processed against the wallet and/or sub-wallet. The method further includes identifying one or more electronic value tokens in the e-wallet and/or sub-wallet that, when used together, will cover the portion of the transaction. The method further includes applying the electronic value tokens to the portion of the transaction.

The system identifies a request to purchase an open loop prepaid gift account which can be used to make a purchase at a merchant, presents a menu from which a customer can select the merchant, and receives a selection. Based on the selection, the system presents an option to load funds onto the open loop prepaid gift account and, upon receipt of payment, creates the open loop prepaid gift account and loads the open loop prepaid gift account with money, wherein information associated with the open loop prepaid gift account is encoded onto a physical card, and wherein merchant information is printed on the physical card according to an authorization from the merchant, the merchant information including at least one of a legal name, a trade name, a logotype, and a marketing tagline of the merchant.

A method implemented by a computer comprising collecting historical data for a plurality of items; categorizing each of the plurality of items; assigning at least one of the plurality of items as an index item for at least another of the plurality of items; collecting data for a plurality of context parameters related to at least one of the plurality of items; and forecasting a value for one of the plurality of items needed over a future period of time, wherein the method reduces a data storage capacity requirement for the computer and increases said computer's processing speed.

A wallet redemption card may comprise a rewriteable magnetic stripe, a smart chip, a wireless communicator operably connected to the smart chip, and an interface operably connected between the rewriteable magnetic stripe and the smart chip.
