Disclosed are a system and a method for embedding machine-readable calibration and measurement capability data into a DCC. The system includes a WEB service subsystem, an acquisition subsystem, a message queue subsystem and a storage subsystem, wherein the WEB service subsystem is connected to the acquisition subsystem through the message queue subsystem, and the storage subsystem is connected to both the WEB service subsystem and the acquisition subsystem. The present application regularly acquires the calibration and measurement capability (CMC) data from a BIPM website, embeds the CMC data into a relevant digital calibration certificate, and generates a trusted timestamp for the digital calibration certificate. The CMC data in the KCDB are regularly acquired and dynamically updated through API calling, so that a traditional manual query mode is replaced, manual intervention is remarkably reduced, the accuracy, effectiveness and authority of data use are improved, and the user experience is greatly improved.

A traceable calibration device of particle number (PN) analyzers for vehicle emission includes a particle generation system, used for generating different types of aerosol samples; a solenoid valve system, used for controlling various aerosol samples to quantitatively enter the particle growth system; a particle growth system, used for performing charge classification to obtain doubly-charged-particle aerosol samples, triply-charged-particle aerosol samples and monodisperse aerosol samples, and obtaining grown particle samples by controlling the growth speed of the monodisperse aerosol samples through temperature adjustment; and a particle measurement system, used for measuring electrical current and PN concentration of the grown particle samples. In the present disclosure, the problem of low calibration accuracy of a PN analyzer for vehicle emission in the related art is solved.

Self-traceable two-dimensional (2D) displacement measurement devices are provided. In some examples, a self-traceable 2D displacement measurement device includes: a first radiation source, a second radiation source, a wafer fixation plate, a first silicon wafer, a second silicon wafer, a third silicon wafer, a first radiation detector, a second radiation detector, and an XY 2D displacement platform. The self-traceable 2D displacement measurement device includes a displacement measurement module in an X-direction and a displacement measurement module in a Y-direction. The first silicon wafer and the second silicon wafer are fixed on the wafer fixation plate in parallel; the third silicon wafer is parallel to the second silicon wafer; a distance from the third silicon wafer to the second silicon wafer is the same as that from the first silicon wafer to the second silicon wafer; the third silicon wafer is fixed on a sidewall of the XY 2D displacement platform.

The present application provides a trusted space positioning calibration service system and an operation method thereof. The system includes: a differential benchmark data service module, a positioning data digital calibration server and a trusted space positioning calibration apparatus. The differential benchmark data service module is configured to provide differential benchmark data to the trusted space positioning calibration apparatus; the trusted space positioning calibration apparatus is configured to collect original positioning data of the trusted space positioning calibration apparatus and perform differential positioning solution in combination with the differential benchmark data, and obtain positioning data after the differential positioning solution as positioning data to be calibrated; the positioning data digital calibration server is configured to receive original positioning data, the differential benchmark data and the positioning data to be calibrated from the trusted space positioning calibration apparatus and calibrate the positioning data to be calibrated according to the these data.

Disclosed is an auxiliary positioning method for an ultrasonic microscope based on optical imaging, including a three-axis scanning driving device, an ultrasonic probe, and a first camera device and a second camera device for optical assisted positioning. The first camera device realizes an XY plane positioning of an ultrasonic probe using a projection matrix. A point is selected on a displayed image of the second camera device right in front, and a distance between the ultrasonic probe and a sample is obtained in real time. The XY coordinate positioning of the ultrasonic probe on a two-dimensional plane of a water tank platform and the measurement of a distance between the ultrasonic probe and the sample in a Z direction can be realized, a position of the ultrasonic probe is conveniently positioned, and an operator's concern about whether the probe collides with the sample during operation is solved.

The present disclosure relates to a method and a device of a 425 nm wavelength reference construction based on fluorescence-induced effect. The method comprises: a continuously tunable laser, an atomic furnace, a chromium atomic beam, an optical frequency comb, a frequency doubling optical path, a bias-preserving fiber beam splitter, a bias-preserving fiber beam combiner, a beat-frequency detection optical path, an optoelectronic receiver, and a frequency counter atomic furnace.

A method for adjusting motor control parameters of an absolute gravimeter is provided, in which a current control phase is determined based on position information, motion information and motion duration of a main drag-free cart and a falling object; a state data is processed using agents to obtain a corresponding action data for adjusting motor control parameters; a reward value is calculated using a reward function; experience data is stored in a replay buffer; the above processes are repeated until a catching phase is reached and the main drag-free cart and the falling object have equal velocities and zero distance; if all agents have completed training, a series of action data is generated using the agents; and if there is an agent has not completed training, corresponding experience data is extracted to continue training, and the absolute gravimeter is reset for iterative execution.

A probe module for testing the resistivity of a conductive fiber material includes four gland spring holes in the upper end gland are uniformly formed in the bottom surface of the gland main body; one end of a pressure spring is abutted against the top of the gland spring holes, and the other end of the pressure spring contacts a conductive sheet; an outer wall of a probe frame is of an external thread structure which is matched with an internal thread structure of an internal threaded hole and threadably secured thereto; the probe frame is internally provided with a spring probe; a pressure sensor contacts the conductive sheet, and both are sleeved on an upper part of the spring probe; and the top end of the spring probe is in contact with the pressure spring, and the bottom end of the spring probe contacts a conductive fiber material sample.

An energy spectrum-dose measuring method and device is provided. The method includes: performing energy calibration on a spectrometer using a standard radiation source to obtain a conversion relation between a channel and an energy, where the conversion relation is represented by a calibration factor; measuring ray peaks of n radiation sources with different energies, and dividing energy of an obtained energy spectrum into n regions; performing spectrum collection on the n radiation sources according to the n regions to obtain n net energy spectra subjected to the energy calibration through the calibration factor; performing dose measurement on the n radiation sources sequentially to obtain n dose rates corresponding to the n net energy spectra; calculating a relationship between counting rates of the radiation sources in the n regions and corresponding dose rates; and calculating a full-spectrum dose rate according to a current dose rate of each region.
