A wireless device receives first configuration parameter(s) indicating that a first search space and a second search space are used together for reception of DCI and a second configuration parameter indicating a value of a DRX timer. The wireless device receives first DCI based on: monitoring in a CORESET based on the first search space and in first symbol(s), and monitoring in a CORESET based on the second search space and in second symbol(s) that are after the first symbol(s). The wireless device may start the DRX timer with the value in a third symbol that is after the second symbol(s).

A wireless device may receive a TB. A first HARQ feedback for the TB may be scheduled for transmission in a timing. The wireless device may determine to skip the first HARQ feedback based on HARQ feedback(s), comprising the first HARQ feedback, that are scheduled for transmission in the timing being NACKs. The wireless device may start a HARQ RTT timer in a first symbol after the timing of the skipped HARQ feedback.

A wireless device receives configuration parameters indicating PDCCH skipping durations. The wireless device may receive a DCI indicating PDCCH monitoring skipping for a first duration of the durations. The wireless device may transmit a random access preamble. The wireless device may ignore the PDCCH monitoring skipping and may monitor the PDCCH during a random access response window in response to transmitting the random access preamble.

A wireless device receives DRX configuration parameters comprising a first parameter indicating a first value of a downlink DRX retransmission timer. In response to receiving a first TB, the wireless device may start the downlink DRX retransmission timer with the first value. The wireless device may switch a downlink control channel monitoring periodicity from a first monitoring periodicity to a second monitoring periodicity based on receiving first control information. In response to receiving a second TB and based on the switching the downlink control channel monitoring periodicity, the wireless device may start the downlink DRX retransmission timer with a second value. The wireless device may receive, while the downlink DRX retransmission timer is running, a downlink control information comprising a downlink assignment for retransmission of the second TB.

A wireless device may receive system information comprising a parameter indicating a number of paging sub-groups. The wireless device may determine that the wireless device is associated with a first paging sub-group based on the number and a wireless device identifier. The wireless device may receive a DCI indicating first paging sub-group(s) for a paging occasion. The wireless device may monitor a control channel in the paging occasion in response to the first paging sub-group(s) comprising the first paging sub-group. The wireless device may receive paging information.

A wireless device receives message(s) comprising configuration parameters of cells comprising a first secondary cell. The wireless device may receive a downlink transport block comprising MAC CE(s) indicating activation of the first secondary cell. A MAC CE, in the MAC CE(s), may comprise a first field with a first value indicating triggering transmission of reference signal(s) that are used in activation of the first secondary cell. The wireless device may activate the first secondary cell based on the reference signal(s).

A wireless device may receive a first TB and second TB(s). A first HARQ feedback, associated with the first TB, may be deferred from an initial timing to a first timing. Second HARQ feedback(s), associated with the second TB(s), may be scheduled for initial transmission in the first timing. The wireless device may transmit a HARQ feedback codebook in the first timing. The HARQ feedback codebook may comprise the first HARQ feedback and the second HARQ feedback(s). Based on the first HARQ feedback being deferred, a first position of the first HARQ feedback in the HARQ feedback codebook may be after second position(s) of the second HARQ feedback(s) in the HARQ feedback codebook.

A wireless device receives configuration parameters of a primary cell and a secondary cell. The secondary cell may be a scheduling cell for the primary cell. The wireless device may monitor, for scheduling information of the primary cell, search space(s) of the secondary cell based on the secondary cell being activated. The wireless device may receive a DCI via the secondary cell and in response to the monitoring. The DCI may comprise a first field and a second field. A first value of the first field may indicate first scheduling information. A second value of the second field may indicate that the first scheduling information is for scheduling the primary cell. The wireless device may receive or transport a transport block via the primary cell and based on the first scheduling information.

A wireless device may receive, in a first timing, a TB associated with a semi-persistent scheduling configuration. The wireless device may start a DRX retransmission timer in a first symbol after the first timing in response to determining to defer a HARQ feedback, associated with the TB, from a second timing to a later timing based on the second timing not being valid for transmission of the HARQ feedback.

A wireless device receives an RRC release message comprising first configuration parameter(s), second configuration parameter(s) and third configuration parameter(s). The first configuration parameter(s) may indicate transitioning from an RRC connected state to an RRC inactive state. The second configuration parameter(s) may be of a configured grant configuration associated with small data transmission in the RRC inactive state. The third configuration parameter(s) may be of a time alignment timer associated with small data transmission in the RRC inactive state. The wireless device may start the time alignment timer in response to receiving the RRC release message and based on the third configuration parameter(s). The wireless device may transmit a transport block, while in the RRC inactive state, based on radio resources of a first configured grant associated with the configured grant configuration and based on the time alignment timer running.
