A dry-forming mould system comprising a forming mould for dry-forming cellulose products from an air-formed cellulose blank structure. The forming mould comprises a first mould part and a second mould part configured for interacting with 2024/061575 each other during dry-forming of the cellulose products from the air-formed cellulose blank structure in the forming mould. The dry-forming mould system comprises a transporting unit and a collecting unit, and the transporting unit is configured for transporting the dry-formed cellulose products from the forming mould to the collecting unit. The collecting unit comprises an elongated product flow channel configured for receiving and guiding the cellulose products, and the product flow channel is configured for receiving several consecutive cellulose products from the forming mould.

A bottle forming unit and method for dry-forming a cellulose bottle from an air-formed cellulose blank structure in a bottle forming unit is provided. A first section of the shaped cellulose blank structure is fed to a first forming mould and a semi-closed bottom portion of the cellulose bottle is formed from the first section in the first forming mould, simultaneously with forming the neck portion of a directly preceding cellulose bottle from the first section in the first forming mould. A following second section of the shaped cellulose blank structure is fed to the first forming mould and the neck portion of the cellulose bottle is formed from the second section in the first forming mould, simultaneously with forming a semi-closed bottom portion of a directly following cellulose bottle from the second section in the first forming mould.

A cellulose product comprising a non-flat cellulose product structure, a protective inner layer, and a protective outer layer. The cellulose product structure comprises an interior surface, an exterior surface, and an edge structure arranged between the interior surface and the exterior surface. The protective inner layer is applied to the interior surface, and the protective outer layer is arranged in connection to the exterior surface of the cellulose product structure. The protective inner layer and the protective outer layer are forming an integrated structure that is fully enclosing the cellulose product structure, and a sealed outer volume is formed by the protective inner layer and the protective outer layer.

A method for producing a cellulose product from an air-formed cellulose blank structure includes the steps of providing a cellulose-based material to a mill, milling the cellulose-based material, and providing an air-formed cellulose blank structure, wherein the cellulose blank structure is air-formed from cellulose fibres.

A method for dry-forming a cellulose product from cellulose fibres in a product forming unit is disclosed. The method includes opening the forming mould and arranging cellulose fibres into the forming mould; closing the forming mould around the cellulose fibres, and after closing the forming mould, upper mould parts of the forming mould are moved towards each other in a lateral direction, and the lower mould parts are moved towards each other in the lateral direction and in a longitudinal direction towards a flexible membrane; inflating the flexible membrane with a pressure medium and applying a forming pressure onto the cellulose fibres by pressing the cellulose fibres against the upper mould parts and lower mould parts by the inflated flexible membrane, and applying a forming temperature onto the cellulose fibres, for dry-forming the cellulose product with a three-dimensional compressed fibre structure having a closed bottom portion and an upper portion.

A forming mould for forming three-dimensional cellulose products from an air-formed cellulose blank structure. The forming mould includes a first mould part and a second mould part. The first mould part and the second mould part are movable relative to each other in a pressing direction and arranged to be pressed relative to each other during forming of the cellulose products. The first mould part includes a movable element displaceable between an extended state and a retracted state, where the movable element in the extended state is arranged as a protruding body extending in the pressing direction relative to a surrounding pressing surface of the first mould part. The movable element is in the retracted state arranged as a pressing surface cooperating with the surrounding pressing surface for forming the cellulose products.

A method for forming cellulose products in a mould system from an air-formed cellulose blank structure, where the forming mould system comprises a first mould part and a second mould part. The method comprises the steps: providing the cellulose blank structure, and defining one or more product sections and a residual section; compressing at least a portion of the residual section to a first degree of compression higher than a degree of compression of the one or more product sections; feeding the cellulose blank structure in a feeding direction to a forming position in the forming mould system, where in the forming position each product section is arranged between a corresponding first mould part and second mould part; forming the cellulose products from the cellulose blank structure between the first mould part and the second mould part by heating the cellulose blank structure and pressing the cellulose blank structure.

A method for transporting an air-formed cellulose blank structure to a forming mould via a buffering module, includes the steps: continuously feeding the cellulose blank structure on a first endless belt unit in a first feeding direction, and redirecting the cellulose blank structure to a second endless belt unit; feeding the cellulose blank structure on the second endless belt unit in a second feeding direction being at least partly opposite the first feeding direction, where the second endless belt unit alternatingly is longitudinally moved in opposite directions relative to the first endless belt unit and a third endless belt unit, and redirecting the cellulose blank structure to the third endless belt unit; intermittently feeding the cellulose blank structure on the third endless belt unit in a third feeding direction at least partly coinciding with the first feeding direction.

An ejection element attached to a forming mould for forming three-dimensional cellulose products from an air-formed cellulose blank structure. The ejection element is arranged for ejecting the cellulose products and/or residual parts of the cellulose blank structure from the forming mould after forming of the cellulose products in the forming mould. The ejection element is arranged as a resilient protruding body extending in a pressing direction of the forming mould relative to a surrounding surface of the forming mould in a non-compressed state. The ejection element is configured for separating the formed cellulose products and/or the residual parts of the cellulose blank structure from the forming mould upon expansion of the ejection element from a compressed state to the non-compressed state after the forming of the cellulose products in the forming mould.

A deformation element for forming three-dimensional cellulose products from an air-formed cellulose blank structure in a forming mould. The deformation element includes an ejection element arranged for ejecting the cellulose products from the deformation element after forming of the cellulose products in the forming mould. The ejection element is arranged as a protruding body extending in a pressing direction of the deformation element relative to a surrounding surface of the deformation element in a non-compressed state. The ejection element is configured for separating the formed cellulose products from the deformation element upon expansion of the deformation element and/or the ejection element from a compressed state to the non-compressed state after the forming of the cellulose products in the forming mould.
