The present invention relates to a downhole wireline tool for performing an operation on a rotatable component part mounted as part of a well tubular metal structure in a well, the downhole wireline tool having an axial extension and a front face facing away from a top of the well, and the downhole wireline tool comprising a wireline connection unit for connection to a wireline, an electric motor powered by the wireline for rotating a rotatable shaft, and a gearing system driven by the electric motor, the gearing system comprising a first gearing part connected with the rotatable shaft and configured to rotate in a first direction, wherein the gearing system further comprises an intermediate gearing part rotated by the first gearing part and a second gearing part rotated by the intermediate gearing part to rotate in a second direction opposite the first direction. The invention also relates to a downhole system comprising the downhole wireline tool and a driving unit, such as a downhole tractor, for propelling the downhole system forward in the well.

The present invention relates to a wireline intervention tool string ( 1 ) for operating in a well ( 2 ) having a longitudinal axis, a top ( 51 ) and a bottom ( 52 ), comprising a tool housing ( 3 ) having a longitudinal tool axis, a first part connected to a wireline and configured to face the top of the well, the first part comprising an anchoring section ( 6 ) and configured to be rotationally stationary during operation, an operational tool ( 7 ) configured to rotate relative to the first part during operation, a driving unit ( 8 ) arranged in the first part and configured to provide rotational force to the operational tool, the driving unit being powered via the wireline, and a vibration-generating unit ( 9 ) for providing vibration force to the operational tool, wherein the wireline intervention tool string further comprises a vibration-dampening unit ( 10 ) arranged in a longitudinal position uphole relative to the operational tool for preventing vibrations generated by the vibration-generating unit from releasing tool sections from other tool sections of the wireline intervention tool string, at least in the first part. The present invention relates to a downhole tool string for displacing at least a tool section in a well in a radial direction in a wall of a well tubular metal structure extending along an axial direction in relation to the radial direction, comprising a tool body having an outer face and a tool centre axis along the axial direction, a centre plane extending along and enclosing the centre axis, dividing the tool body into a first body half and a second body half, an operational machining tool for performing a machining operation in the well tubular metal structure, such as drilling a hole in the wall, and extendable from the outer face of the first body half in a first radial direction in relation to the tool centre axis, and a first displacement element extendable from the outer face of the second body half of the tool body for displacing the tool body towards the wall for arranging the operational machining tool close to the wall, the first displacement element being extendable between a retracted position and a projected position, wherein the downhole tool string further comprises a first distancing element extendable from the outer face of the first body half, the first distancing element having a retracted position and a projected position, and in the projection position of the first distancing element a distance is provided between the outer face and the wall of the well tubular metal structure. The present invention relates to a downhole wireline tool for performing an operation downhole in a well tubular metal structure in a well containing well fluid, the downhole wireline tool having an axial extension and a front face facing away from a top of the well, and the downhole wireline tool comprising a wireline connection unit for connection to a wireline, an electric motor powered by the wireline for rotating a rotatable shaft at a first rotational speed, an operational tool part for performing the operation by means of electricity and/or hydraulic fluid, and a pericyclic gear arranged between the electric motor and the operational tool part, the pericyclic gear being driven by the rotatable shaft of the electric motor for rotation of the operational tool part by an output rotatable shaft at a second rotational speed, wherein the pericyclic gear has a channel through which an electric and/or a fluid line extends to provide electricity and/or fluid power for operating the operational tool part. The present invention relates to the use of a downhole pumping tool for removing a hydrate formation forming a hydrate plug in a tubing in a well, the downhole pumping tool comprising a pump having a pump inlet and a pump outlet, an electric motor for driving the pump, a wireline for powering the electric motor, the pump having a first end arranged closest to the wireline and a second end facing the hydrate plug, wherein the pump inlet is arranged in the second end, and the pump inlet contacts a first face of the hydrate plug, the pump providing suction to remove at least part of a plurality of gas molecules from the hydrate plug for dissolving at least part of the hydrate formation. The invention also relates to a hydrate removal method for removing hydrate formation forming a hydrate plug in a tubing.

The present invention relates to a method for controlling a tool string having a downhole self-propelling wireline tool having wheels rotated by means of hydraulics and connected to projectable arm assemblies projected by hydraulics, comprising running a downhole self-propelling wireline tool into a wellbore, the downhole self-propelling wireline tool being connected to a second end of a wireline, and a first end of the wireline being connected to a power supply, the downhole self-propelling wireline tool having a tool body and a plurality of wheels rotated by means of hydraulics, and each wheel being connected to a projectable arm assembly projectable from the tool body by means of hydraulic fluid from a first hydraulic pump, the downhole self-propelling wireline tool having an electric motor rotating at an operational rotational speed for driving the first pump; supplying electric power to the downhole self-propelling wireline tool to operate the downhole self-propelling wireline tool at a first speed to urge the downhole self-propelling wireline tool through the wellbore at a first force; determining a motor output torque of the electric motor; determining a maximum allowable motor rotational speed based on the motor output torque; and comparing the operational rotational speed with the maximum allowable motor rotational speed, wherein the method further comprises adjusting the operational rotational speed of the electric motor based on the comparison in order to adjust the first speed to a second speed if the operational rotational speed is higher than the maximum allowable motor rotational speed. The invention also relates to a hydraulically driven downhole self-propelling wireline tool configured to perform the method.

A downhole driving unit for propelling a tool forward in a well and/or for providing weight on a bit while performing an operation, includes a tool body, an electric motor powered by a wireline, a plurality of projectable arm assemblies connected in a first arm end with the tool body, a plurality of wheels for contacting a wall of the well, each wheel comprising a hydraulic motor for rotation of the wheel, each arm assembly being at a second arm end connected with one of the plurality of wheels, and a first hydraulic pump driven by the electric motor for generation of a first fluid pressure for projection of the plurality of projectable arm assemblies. The downhole driving unit further comprises a hydraulic section with a first controllable valve controlling the first fluid pressure.

The present invention relates to a downhole self-propelling wireline tool string for being connected to and powered by a wireline for propelling a tool forward in a well and/or for providing weight on a bit while performing an operation, comprising a first downhole self-propelling wireline tool, comprising a first tool body, a first electric motor operating at a rotational speed, a first electric control unit for controlling the rotational speed of the electric motor, one first drive section, comprising a plurality of projectable arm assemblies movably connected at a first arm end with the tool body and projectable from the tool body by means of a first fluid having a first fluid pressure, and a plurality of wheels for contacting a wall of the well, each wheel comprising a hydraulic motor for rotation of the wheel to provide a self-propelling movement, and each wheel being connected with a second arm end of one of the arm assemblies, a first hydraulic pump driven by the electric motor for generation of a second fluid pressure for driving the hydraulic motor(s) rotating the wheel(s), and wherein the downhole self-propelling wireline tool string further comprises a second downhole self-propelling wireline tool, comprising a second tool body, a second electric motor operating at a rotational speed, a second electric control unit for controlling the rotational speed of the electric motor, one second drive section comprising a plurality of projectable arm assemblies movably connected at a first arm end with the tool body and projectable from the tool body by means of a first fluid having a third fluid pressure, and a plurality of wheels for contacting the wall of the well, each wheel comprising a hydraulic motor for rotation of the wheel, and each wheel being connected with a second arm end of one of the arm assemblies, at least one second hydraulic pump driven by the second electric motor for generation of a fourth fluid pressure for driving the hydraulic motor(s) rotating the wheel(s), and wherein each electric motor comprises a power-limiting unit in order to distribute a first part of the current from the wireline to power the first electric motor and a second part of the current to power the second electric motor.

A downhole method for preparing and/or providing isolation at a predetermined position in an existing well includes inserting a downhole tool comprising a bit on a projection part in a first well tubular metal structure, positioning the downhole tool opposite the predetermined position, separating an upper part of the first well tubular metal structure from a lower part of the first well tubular metal structure, moving the downhole tool along the longitudinal extension in the upper part to a second position, and separating a first part of the upper part of the first well tubular metal structure from a second part of the upper part of the first well tubular metal structure, thus providing an uncased opening between the second part of the first section and the second section.
